What is presented here and in the following pages is essentially for those who accept the reality of Christ, recognize the continuity of revelation and are willing to accept the possibility of His return.
The complexities and difficulties of this post-war period are enormous. The more man approaches the source of light and spiritual powers, the more difficult his problem becomes, because human affairs seem to be far from this divine possibility today. Therefore you will need all the patience, understanding and goodwill you possess. At the same time it will be possible to recognize the facts more clearly. There are internal and external problems that must be solved and internal and external possibilities that can become realities. As the spiritually oriented man addresses these internal and external possibilities and events, he will be easily seized by a total sense of frustration; He wants to help but doesn't know how; when he captures the threatening difficulties, he analyzes his resources and those of those with whom he will have to work, and his clear perception of the forces that are against him (and on a larger scale against the Christ), will induce him to ask himself: What will any effort be to do? Why not let the forces of good and evil fight alone? Why not allow the pressure of the evolutionary current to eventually end the long world struggle and for good to triumph? Why are we going to do something now?
These are natural and healthy reactions. The poverty and hunger suffered by millions of beings in Europe and elsewhere; the fear of Russia (justified or not); the greed of the capitalist forces of the world and the selfishness of Labor; the aggressiveness of the Zionists, claiming for themselves a land that does not belong to them for fifteen hundred years, nor interested them until the oil acquired value and the riches of the Dead Sea attracted their attention; the situation of the Jews in Europe, who were not allowed to know that many countries were willing to offer them shelter, because the Zionists tried to place them in Palestine; the despair of the common man, in all countries, who sees no security, no hope anywhere; the work of the church in trying to restore the old order and regime that has cost the world suffering for centuries, and the absence in all countries of a clear conductive voice, make man feel the common Futility of your effort. However, the massive vision and goodness that exist in the world is immense, and clear and humanitarian thinking is unlimited; The salvation of the world is in the hands of simple and good people, and in the millions of people who think righteous. They will carry out the preparatory work for the advent of Christ. They are numerically sufficient to perform the task, and they only need support and intelligent coordination, in order to prepare for the required service before the reappearance of Christ is possible. The problems that lie ahead must be faced with courage, truth and understanding; In addition, provision should be made to expose the truth and clarify the problems that must be resolved, speaking clearly, simply and lovingly. Advanced thinking, the success of countless esoteric movements and, above all, the wonders of science and amazing humanitarian movements, do not indicate a divine frustration, but the event of spiritual understanding, because the forces of the spirit are invincible. These aspects of human behavior indicate the wonderful dignity found in man and the success of the divine plan for humanity. However, divinity awaits the manifestation of man's free will; His intelligence and growing goodwill is already being expressed.
Another answer to the question is that the Christ and the spiritual Hierarchy never matter how great the need or the importance of the stimulus have violated the divine right of men to make their own decisions, exercise their free will and achieve freedom, fighting for She individually, nationally or internationally. It is not essential or necessary that these desirable goals become realities on Earth, before Christ walks among us. However, it is necessary that this attitude towards religion and politics is generally considered desirable and that the steps for the establishment of correct human relations have been successfully taken. Along these lines, the New Group of World Servants and men of good will are working, and their first effort must be to counteract the widespread feeling of frustration and individual futility.
What will counter this sense of frustration and futility and provide the necessary incentive for the reconstruction of the new world, will be the belief in the essential divinity of humanity and in the evolutionary testimony (provided by a quick study) that the human race has progressed constantly in wisdom, knowledge and wide inclusiveness, plus the development of that state of mind that will be based on the belief that historical records are truthful and attest to the innumerable adventures at the crucial moments of human affairs and the numerous Saviors of world among which Christ was the greatest. The truth is that what he does is so little that probably one hour, perhaps two, of the twenty-four of the day, covers the time he devotes to the work of the Master; it is shielded behind the argument that household obligations prevent him from doing more, and he does not realize that, with tact and loving understanding, the home environment can and should be the field where he triumphs; forget that there are no circumstances in which the spirit of man can be overcome, or in which the aspirant cannot meditate, think, speak and prepare the way for the coming of the Christ, provided he has enough interest and knows the meaning of the sacrifice and the silence. Circumstances and environment do not constitute a real obstacle to the spiritual life
You may excuse yourself under the pretext of poor health and often imaginary diseases. He dedicates so much time to caring for himself that he who could devote himself to the work of the Master is very small; He is so concerned with his tiredness, his cold and his imaginary cardiac difficulties, that his "Body Consciousness" develops constantly until his life dominates over time; Then it is too late to do something. This happens especially with people who have reached their fifties or older. They will hardly stop giving this excuse, because they feel tired and sore, and over the years this tends to get worse.
The only remedy for this progressive inertia is to ignore the body and feel joy in the experience of the service. I do not mean defined illnesses or serious physical impairments; they should be given due care and attention; I mean the thousands of men and women who complain and worry about taking care of themselves, wasting hours that I could devote to serving humanity. Those who try to tread the Path of Discipleship should dedicate the countless hours wasted in a useless care of themselves, to serve the Hierarchy.
Another excuse that leads to inertia is people's fear of talking about the things of the Kingdom of God; of being snubbed or considered abnormal and intrusive. Therefore, keep silent, let the opportunity pass and never realize how willing people are to deal with realities, due to the comfort and hope that the idea of the reappearance of the Christ or of sharing the spiritual light provides. This is essentially a kind of spiritual cowardice, and it is so melted that you are responsible for the loss of millions of hours of world service.
There are other excuses, but those mentioned are the most frequent; Freeing most people from such conditions would bring to Christ's service so many hours and complementary effort, that the task of those without excuses would be greatly relieved, and His coming would be much more immediate. Three great activities are taking place:
First, the activity that is perceived in the "center where the will of God is known", that will to the good that has led to the creation of greater glory and an ever more profound and intelligent response. This activity tries to produce, in a creative way, a new world order, that of the Kingdom of God, physically supervised by the Christ. The reappearance of Christ will provide the solution. The principles of correct spiritual behavior have been presented to man for centuries, with the incentive that good behavior would lead them to a good heaven, a fundamentally selfish goal. The brief prayer that says: “Lord God Almighty, let there be peace on earth and may it begin in me, ” meets all the requirements that are demanded of those who wish to work in preparation for the reappearance of Christ, whenever I go to the pair a solid intelligence and lead an organized life. Generalizing and, therefore, simplifying the issue, we can say that the four main channels through which money circulates are:

Money as well as other things in human life has been tainted by selfishness and hoarding it for selfish individual and national purposes. The years since the war have proved it. Russia would gladly prepare the world for the ideals of communism and hoard all the money in the world in the proletariat's coffers, producing the greatest capitalist system ever seen; Britain would pleasantly prepare the world for the British concepts of justice, fair play and international trade, something that it would do better than any other nation because of its vast experience, but always taking care of the profits. The United States would also gladly undertake the task of printing the seal of American democracy in the world, using its vast capitals and resources and hoarding in its banks the profits of its large financial activities, protecting them from the danger of the atomic bomb and threatening their "Armed fist" to the rest of the world. France would keep Europe in a state of unease, trying to regain lost prestige and make the most of the victory of the nations allied to it. This is how history is made. There are two groups that can do a lot: one uses the financial resources of the world, as long as they can capture the new vision and understand that the days are numbered to destroy the old order, and the other, the set of good and generous people who are in all social classes and spheres of influence.

No se debe ser pesimista respecto al futuro del género humano, y tampoco lamentar la desaparición del viejo orden. “Lo bueno, lo verdadero y lo bello” están en camino, y de ello es responsable la humanidad y no una divina intervención externa. La humanidad es sana y va despertando rápidamente. Atravesamos la etapa en que todo se proclama abiertamente desde los tejados como Cristo predijo. A medida que escuchamos o leemos respecto a la ola de escándalos, crímenes, placeres sensuales y lujos, tendemos a desalentarnos; es conveniente recordar que es saludable que todo surja a la superficie y sea conocido por todos; es similar a una depuración sicológica del subconciente a la cual se somete al individuo, lo cual presagia la inauguración de un nuevo y mejor día.
Hay un trabajo que hacer y los hombres de buena voluntad de orientación espiritual y de verdadero entrenamiento cristiano deben hacerlo. Tienen que iniciar la era en que el dinero se empleará para la Jerarquía espiritual y también expresar esa necesidad en las esferas de la invocación. La Invocación es el tipo más elevado de oración que existe y un nuevo tipo de demanda a la divinidad que ha hecho posible el conocimiento de la meditación.
Nada más se ha de agregar respecto a la valentía, la comprensión y la demanda de fondos. Si el valor que demuestra el Cristo, al enfrentar Su regreso a este mundo físico externo, si la necesidad de la humanidad de establecer rectas relaciones humanas y si la obra de sacrificio de los discípulos de Cristo no son suficientes para energetizarlos a ustedes ya aquellos con quienes puedan hacer contacto, nada de lo que se diga será de utilidad.
Hemos considerado la necesidad de la preparación para la venida de Cristo y algunos de los requisitos fundamentales que van surgiendo a medida que la gente se apresta para la actividad requerida, incluso el de reunir los fondos necesarios para llevar adelante el trabajo preparatorio. El colaborador individual, ante todo, tiene que determinar si su incentivo y expectativa espirituales son adecuados para la tarea que tiene por delante. Únicamente tiene importancia lo que da impulso a la acción, y sólo será apto para el trabajo de aquel cuya visión sea suficientemente clara como para permitirle trabajar con comprensión y sinceridad. Debe descubrir que le es posible desempeñar su parte en el desarrollo del Plan divino. La realidad del Cristo y la auténtica posibilidad de Su reaparición deben convertirse en importantes factores motivadores en su conciencia. Debe buscar a su alrededor aquellos con quienes puede trabajar, y poseen los mismos objetivos espirituales. De esta manera, ya su debido tiempo, aprende que existe en la Tierra un grupo integrado y bien organizado al que se le puede denominar Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo y descubre que se hallan en todas partes, actúan en cada país, en todos los grupos religiosos organizados y en los que se dedican al bienestar de la humanidad ya la preparación para el retorno de Cristo.
Este grupo a pesar de trabajar en el plano cotidiano de la vida material, conserva sin embargo una estrecha e íntima integración espiritual con el centro de energía del que puede extraer todo lo necesario para el trabajo espiritual activo. Además proporciona un campo de servicio para todos aquellos que tratan de expresarlo; también constituye el lugar de reunión para quienes desean ser probados y donde sus móviles y constancia serán puetos a prueba antes de darse la oportunidad espiritual. Así queda libre para trabajar en zonas de servicio cada vez más amplias.
El Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo proporciona esencialmente un campo de entrenamiento y de experiencia para quienes tienen la esperanza de elevarse espiritualmente y capacitarse para ser discípulos activos, dirigidos por el Cristo. La aparición de este grupo en la tierra, en estos momentos, es uno de los indicios del éxito obtenido en el proceso evolutivo, tal como se aplica a la humanidad. Este método de trabajo utilizar a los seres humanos como agentes para llevar adelante la tarea de salvación y elevación del mundo fue iniciado por Cristo Mismo, que trabajó frecuentemente con los hombres, por medio de otros, llegando a la humanidad por intermedio de Sus doce apóstoles, y considerando a Pablo como el sustituto de Judas Iscariote. El Buddha probó el mismo sistema, pero al principio Su grupo estuvo más relacionado con Él que con el mundo de los hombres. Cristo envió a Sus Apóstoles al mundo para alimentar a las ovejas y buscar a los hombres, guiarlos y convertirlos en “pescadores de hombres”. La relación de los discípulos de Cristo con el Maestro fue sólo secundaria, siendo de primordial importancia las exigencias del mundo; esta actitud aún predomina en la Jerarquía, sin menoscabar su devoción por el Cristo. Lo que el Buddha instituyó simbólicamente, y en forma embrionaria, se convirtió en una existencia y en una realidad debido a las demandas de la era pisciana.
En la Era de Acuario, en la que estamos entrando, este tipo de trabajo grupal alcanzará un punto muy elevado de desarrollo, y el mundo será salvado y reconstruido por grupos más bien que por individuos. En el pasado tuvimos los Salvadores del mundo sos Hijos de Dios que han dado a los hombres un mensaje que trajo mayor luz a los pueblos. Ahora, en la plenitud del tiempo ya través de los procesos evolutivos, está surgiendo un grupo que traerá la salvación al mundo y que (incorporando las ideas grupales y acentuando el verdadero significado de la iglesia de Cristo) estimulará y energetizará de tal manera la mente y el alma de los hombres, que la nueva era se iniciará con la afluencia del Amor, del Conocimiento y de la Armonía de Dios Mismo, como así también con la reaparición de Cristo, el cual personificará estas tres facultades.
En el pasado las religiones fueron creadas por una gran alma, un Avatar o un destacado personaje espiritual. La impronta de sus vidas, palabras y enseñanzas, se ha plasmado en la raza y ha persistido a través de los siglos. ¿Cuál será el efecto producido por un Avatar grupal o Salvador grupal del mundo? ¿Cuál será la potencia del trabajo realizado por un grupo de Conocedores de Dios que anuncien la verdad y se reúnan subjetivamente para realizar la magna tarea de salvar al mundo? ¿Qué efecto producirá la misión que deberá cumplir un grupo de Salvadores del mundo que conoce a Dios en cierta medida y complementa mutuamente Sus esfuerzos, reforzando recíprocamente Sus mensajes y constituyendo un organismo dirigido por Cristo, en Presencia física, a través del cual la energía espiritual y el principio vida espiritual pueden hacer sentir su presencia en el mundo?
Este grupo ya existe y tiene miembros en todos los países. Son relativamente pocos y aislados, pero su número crece constantemente y su mensaje se hará sentir cada vez más. Están animados por un espíritu constructivo; son los constructores de la Nueva Era; se les ha confiado la tarea de preservar el espíritu de la verdad y de reorganizar el pensamiento de los hombres, a fin de que la mente racial sea controlada y llevada a ese estado de meditación y reflexión que le permitirá reconocer el próximo desenvolvimiento de la divinidad que Cristo inaugurará.
En los últimos diez años este Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo ha sido reorganizado y revitalizado, expandiéndose e¡ conocimiento de su existencia por todo el mundo. Actualmente constituye un grupo de hombres y mujeres de todas las nacionalidades y razas, pertenecientes a todas las organizaciones religiosas y movimientos humanitarios que están fundamentalmente orientados, o en proceso de hacerlo, hacia el Reino de Dios. Son discípulos de Cristo que trabajan conscientemente y, con frecuencia, lo hacen inconscientemente, para su Reaparición; son aspirantes espirituales que tratan de servir y convertir en realidad el Reino de Dios en la Tierra; son hombres de buena voluntad que poseen inteligencia y procuran, acrecentar la comprensión y las correctas relaciones humanas entre los hombres. Este grupo comprende dos grupos importantes:
1. Los discípulos de Cristo que trabajan conscientemente para desarrollar Sus planes y aquellos que, instruidos por los primeros, colaboran consciente y voluntariamente: A esta última categoría podemos pertenecer nosotros si lo desearnos y estamos dispuestos a hacer los sacrificios necesarios.
2. Los aspirantes, hombres y mujeres conscientes, aunque trabajan inconscientemente guiados por la Jerarquía espiritual. Hay muchos de ellos, que ocupan especialmente car-gos destacados, y se desempeñan como destructores de las antiguas formas o constructores de las nuevas. No tienen conciencia de ningún plan interno sintético, pero se ocupan desinteresadamente de satisfacer las necesidades del mundo lo mejor que pueden, desempeñando una parte importante en el drama nacional, o trabajando firmemente en el campo de la educación.
El primer grupo tiene cierta medida de contacto con la Jerarquía espiritual, y en mayor medida con los verdaderos discípulos; sus miembros trabajan inspirados espiritualmente. El segundo grupo está en más íntimo contacto con las masas y trabaja para inspirarles ideas. El primer grupo se ocupa del Plan de Cristo, en la medida en que sus miembros pueden captar su esencialidad, mientras que el segundo trabaja con nuevos conceptos y esperanzas que afloran a la conciencia del género humano a medida que los hombres, subjetiva y frecuentemente inconscientes, responden a la preparación para la reaparición de Cristo. Como resultado del trabajo que realiza el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo, la humanidad va despertando constantemente a las posibilidades futuras.
El despertar de las clases intelectuales al reconocimiento de una humanidad, es el preludio del establecimiento de la hermandad. La unidad de la familia humana ya es reconocida por el hombre, pero antes de que esa unidad pueda adquirir ya adoptar una forma constructiva, es esencial que un mayor número de personas que piensan, derriben las barreras mentales que existen entre razas, naciones y clases, y también que el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo reedite en el mundo externo ese tipo de actividad que la Jerarquía expresó cuando desarrolló y materializó el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo. Por medio de la impresión y expresión de ciertas grandes ideas, hay que hacerles comprender a los hombres de todas partes los ideales fundamentales que regirán la nueva era. Ésta es la principal tarea del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo.
A medida que estudiamos y aprendemos a reconocer en todas sus ramas y esferas de actividad al Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo que, diseminados por el mundo, abarca a los sinceros trabajadores ya la gente humanitaria de todas las naciones, religiones u organizaciones de carácter humanitario nos daremos cuenta que hay, en la tierra un grupo de hombres y mujeres que por su número y actividades son capaces de producir los cambios que permitirán a Cristo caminar nuevamente entre nosotros. Esto ocurrirá si están verdaderamente interesados, preparados para hacer los sacrificios necesarios y dispuestos a suprimir las dife-rencias nacionales, religiosas y organizadas, como para que pueda llevarse a cabo el servicio, que hará posible la reconstrucción del mundo. Deben educar a la raza humana, sobre unas pocas, simples y fundamentales esencialidades y familiarizar a la humanidad con la idea de la reaparición de Cristo y la exteriorización del Reino de Dios. En gran parte su trabajo consistirá en resumir y hacer más efectivo el trabajo de los dos Hijos de Dios, el Buddha y el Cristo.
El éxito del trabajo del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo es inevitable; ha hecho un gran progreso durante los últimos diez años. La integración interna de la parte de ese grupo que trabaja en íntimo contacto con el Cristo y la Jerarquía espiritual, es de tal magnitud que su éxito externo está garantizado. Proporciona un canal a través del cual la Luz, el Amor y el Poder del Reino de Dios, pueden llegar a los trabajadores más exotéricos.
Por lo tanto, debemos comprender que las personas espiritualmente orientadas y todos aquellos que procuran trabajar y trabajan para establecer correctas relaciones humanas, los que practican la buena voluntad y se esfuerzan verdaderamente por amar a sus semejantes, forman parte integrante del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo, y su tarea más importante en estos momentos es preparar el camino para la reaparición de Cristo.
Permítaseme expresar enfáticamente que el método principal del que podemos servirnos y el instrumento más poderoso en manos de la Jerarquía espiritual, es la difusión de la buena voluntad, fusionada en una potencia unida y activa. Prefiero esta expresión a las palabras “organización de buena voluntad”. La buena voluntad es hoy un sueño, una teoría, una fuerza negativa. Debiera desarrollarse hasta convertirse en una realidad, un ideal activo y una energía positiva, Éste es nuestro trabajo, y nuevamente se nos exhorta a colaborar.
La tarea que tiene por delante el Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo es grande, pero no imposible. Es absorbente, pero como constituye un canon impuesto de vida, puede llevarse a cabo en todos las aspectos de la vida cotidiana del hombre y de la mujer normales. Sin embargo, se pide al mismo tiempo llevar una vida normal, y cargar con determinada responsabilidad.
CONCLUSIÓN
Ya se ha pronunciado el llamado de preparación para la reaparición de Cristo, se ha hecho el llamado para la salvación del mundo, y en todas partes hoy se reúnen hombres espiritualmente orientados y discípulos del Cristo. No es una reunión en el plano físico, sino un acontecimiento profundamente espiritual y subjetivo. Incluso aquellos que sólo han tenido una ínfima vislumbre comprensiva respecto a lo que verdaderamente significa el llamado, responden y piden una oportunidad para ayudar y que se les instruya respecto a lo que deben hacer.
De allí que hoy esperamos la nueva aparición. El Cristo es esperado universalmente, y conjuntamente con este espíritu de expectativa viene el antídoto contra el espíritu del temor y horror que ha descendido sobre nuestro desgraciado planeta. La humanidad mira hoy en dos direcciones: hacia la tierra devastada y el agonizante corazón de los hombres y hacia el lugar de donde vendrá el Cristo, denominado simbólicamente Cielo. Cuando existe la misma expectativa, los mismos testimonios, predicciones e indicios del “fin de la Era”, ¿no es razonable creer que se acerca un gran acontecimiento? Si en medio de la muerte y la destrucción se pue-de hallar una fe viviente (y existe en todas partes) y un ardiente fervor que orada las tinieblas hasta llegar al centro de luz, no justifica esto la suposición de que dicha fe y fervor se fundan en un profundo conocimiento intuitivo. ¿No podría ser una realidad divina aquello de que: “la fe es la sustancia de las cosas que se esperan, la evidencia de las cosas que no se ven”? (Hch. 11, 1).
La humanidad espera la llegada de Aquel Que Viene sea cual fuera la designación que se le dé. It is felt that the Christ is on the way. El segundo advenimiento es inminente, y de labios de los discípulos, místicos, aspirantes, personas orientadas espiritualmente y hombres y mujeres iluminados, se eleva el grito de “Que la Luz, el Amor, el Poder y la Muerte, cumplan el propósito de Aquel que Viene”. Estas palabras constituyen un llamado, una consagración, un sacrificio, una profesión de fe y un desafío al Avatar, el Cristo, que espera en Su lugar elevado que la demanda sea adecuada y el clamor suficientemente claro como para justificar Su reaparición.
Es muy necesario tener en cuenta que no nos incumbe determinar la fecha de la aparición de Cristo, ni debemos esperar ayuda espectacular o fenómeno extraño alguno. Si nuestro trabajo está bien hecho, Él vendrá en el momento indicado. Cómo, dónde y cuándo vendrá, no es de nuestra incumbencia. Nuestra tarea es hacer lo máximo, en la mayor escala posible, a fin de producir correctas relaciones humanas, pues Su venida depende de nuestro trabajo.
Todos podemos hacer algo para poner fin a la terrible situación mundial y mejorar las actuales condiciones; el más humilde de nosotros puede desempeñar su parte en la inauguración de la nueva era de buena voluntad y comprensión. Sin embargo, es necesario darnos cuenta que no estamos trabajando para el milenio bíblico, sino que nuestro principal objetivo en la actualidad es dual:
one . Destruir los antiguos y malignos ritmos y establecer nuevos y mejores. Para esto el tiempo es un factor primordial. Si pudiéramos detener la cristalización de las viejas fuerzas del mal que han producido la guerra mundial y las fuerzas reaccionarias en todas las naciones, allanaríamos el camino para lo nuevo y abriríamos la puerta a las activi-dades del Nuevo Grupo de Servidores del Mundo en todas partes el agente de Cristo.
2. Fusionar y mezclar las aspiraciones de todos, para que el clamor de la humanidad sea suficientemente poderoso como para llegar a la Jerarquía espiritual.
Esto requerirá sacrificio, comprensión y profundo amor por nuestros semejantes, y también inteligencia, sabiduría y práctica percepción de los asuntos del mundo. A medida que progrese el trabajo de establecer correctas relaciones humanas (necesidad fundamental del mundo) y se desarrolla el método para hacerlo la buena voluntad, el Cristo y Sus discípulos se acercarán cada vez más al género humano. Si aceptamos la premisa inicial de que Él está en camino, entonces las personas espiritualmente orientadas y los discípulos y aspirantes del mundo trabajarán inevitablemente pero debe aceptarse la premisa si queremos que el incentivo sea adecuado. Con este concepto miramos hacia el futuro. El Fíat del Señor ha sido pronunciado. Cristo está atento al llamado de la humanidad. Esta demanda se eleva y acrecienta cada día “porque a la hora que menos penséis, Él vendrá”.
