Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council . We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been observing the best possible moment for humanity to have a full revelation about extraterrestrial life and how ETs have been working with humanity since the beginning of time here on Earth .
We can see many different possibilities for a complete ET revelation, and what we are evaluating because the best possible moment is one in which you all continue to live your personal experiences with the ETs.
We see the revelation more as a grassroots movement than something that an official government, such as a president or prime minister, or a list of presidents and prime ministers should control.
You are still putting too much faith in your elected officials, and giving them more power than they deserve. Just as the ETs are not coming to save humanity itself, in the same way are these elected officials to save anyone from anything.
You will continue to be creators of your reality . That will not change, no matter what happens or stops happening. Therefore, if what you want is to have experiences with ETs, then that is something that you should create and discuss among yourself.
They do not need evidence at this point. They do not need someone to tell them that ETs exist or that they have been influencing the evolution of their consciousness and that they have been providing technological advances. You already know that.
What you need is more personal experiences with ETs. We know that this is what you want, and we know that the fact that you are having these experiences does not depend on your governments acting openly on what they already know and what they have been doing with various ET groups.
You are those who determine whether or not you have those experiences. It is your preparation that determines when physical ETs will land their ships. This will not be the result of a press conference held by an elected official who gives them permission to land.
You as a human collective consciousness are evolving all the time, and you will officially join the galactic community, and this will happen sooner rather than later.
Our recommendation is that they detach themselves from the idea that it has something to do with what a person in a powerful position says in an official capacity.
When you open your hearts to an experience, then you will have that experience. It's that easy.
