Greetings, friends! We are very happy to have this time to talk to you again.
And we are aware that they are unconsciously realizing the many forward movements, powerful and deliberate, that are happening to liberate and empower humanity and the Earth, even if those movements are sometimes not very clear.
Meanwhile, you are juggling . The astrological movements that affect your heart-mind and body, changes at the cellular and etheric level that, while enlightening and strengthening in general, may feel cataclysmic or strange some days.
Sometimes, they may also bring out strong emotions old fights, grievances, anger or feelings of loss or betrayal that have been buried, in some cases for centuries, and now demand to be heard, and healed or released .
We would say that any moment of tranquility that they can give themselves is invaluable now, and is the key to maintaining calm and balance.
Treat yourself to moments of tranquility.
Any time you spend in Nature, a moment of tranquility in your home where you focus purely on the breath, or imagine receiving the Divine Light through your crown chakra, or at any time you speak with your team of Spirit Guides, Angelic Guardians, and the Higher Self, asking for the wisdom they need now - any of them is more valuable than any other respite, including physical rest or nutrition, or entertainment or other distractions that may occur.
We would dare to say that it is now as crucial as the air they breathe.
This is because it is very difficult for the heart-mind and body to adjust to live simultaneously in a number of dimensions without the dimensional bridge and supportive help that the time of stillness, time in nature and the conscious connection with Your Spiritual team can give them.
Some remain calm and focused playing a musical instrument, writing, painting, dancing, or practicing yoga or other activities that keep them focused and shedding life energy creatively.

Many of you travel etherically to the Inner Earth to observe or take part in what is happening there while you are in your dream state, and although we cannot talk about this at this time with specificity, we will talk in general about what is happening there.
We, the Guide Group, have mentioned before that there are clans and Dragon families, and also Fairy clans, and Angelic legions of the Inner Earth in the Inner Earth.
Some of them work in favor, and others work against certain Dragon factions, both those given to density and those that serve the Light.
The Earth's own vibration has become such that it is increasingly difficult for denser beings who support and gather their strength from the dark realms, remain on Earth.
That is why large-scale violent acts are observed, whether through armed conflicts, isolated incidents, the climate or the environment, or political actions.
The emotional reaction of those present and those who observe or hear about these dense events is such that the density of their reactions creates a source of dark energy for those who need it, and they find it increasingly difficult to find or create it.
As more human beings turn to Peace as the only logical way to live (and many millions are doing it - even those formally trained to live with weapons), these energy sources decrease even more.
The more human beings turn to Peace, the more dark energies diminish.
That is why economies, or oceans, or large areas of land are attacked, such as the fires that Californians and their forests and wildlife are suffering once again. Or about specific populations, such as immigrants in the United States.
We would say that, although these moments are difficult to see or hear, they are not the last word about what is happening in the world today.

They may have many days when they don't feel like talking to others, wondering why telepathic communication is not enough, and notice that telepathy is occurring in clearer and easier to detect ways.
They may wonder more and more why they eat heavy foods, and instinctively get away from them, they don't crave them, neither candy nor caffeine as they once could have done.
You may need and desire more and more time with children or animals, more time with plants and trees - more time in Nature, in the Non-Time that is "time" in the higher realms.
They will feel like being silent, with children or in nature and feeding in a simple and natural way ...
