The practice of meditation accompanied by psychophysical exercises and other very simple practices allow us to approach the nature of Transcendent Reality as an inner experience. This knowledge has been called Perennial Philosophy and arises with spontaneous character of the inner experience of individuals belonging to very different cultures and not communicated with each other, said experience being so powerful enough to serve as a source of all religions-institutions. These people are called Mystics; and the highest mystical experience is described as Love, Illumination, Supreme Understanding, and also as an internal fusion with the Source of all Being and Unity with it.
This Source receives thousands of names in all languages: Supreme Being, Universal Consciousness, God, Reality. ”
