I am going to teach you a term that we will use differently in this Text, " emotional sponges ". Now, what are sponges? What do sponges do? It is a utensil that is normally used for hygiene, and its main function is to absorb everything that is harmful, surplus or grubby where we are going to perform the cleaning.

So, imagine that you are an “ emotional sponge ” that goes down the street absorbing negative energies and emotions of other people, now ask yourself, how dirty do I return to my home? It is true! On the way back I will contaminate my whole family with the “fresh dirt” that I have been able to catch from other people without realizing it.

The emotions represented in anger, despair, hatred, frustration, violence, immobility, failure, among others, are negative energies that the one who carries them is able to pass them on to other people, even without realizing it.

Now, from the energetic sense, all negative emotions arise from three basic scenarios, what you personally feel, what other people feel individually, and the result that arises from the mixture of these two realities. Thus, you can see that, in the third scenario, the mixture of the two realities can become negative social energies, that is, negative emotions that are present in the crowd. Do you want to carry all the energy filth of others? I hope not!

On the other hand, if you are like an “ emotional sponge ”, you should know, at what time you can become more prone to receive more negative energies from other environments and other people. Basically, when you experience experiences of stress, anxiety or depression, you are more open to receiving all those negative emotions that surround the environment and people.

Already knowing how we are more vulnerable through the similarity of a sponge, I invite you to feel very comfortable, and learn to differentiate and use energy strategically.

- You need to be alone to recharge your energies .

- By nature you are a spiritual, generous, peaceful and good listener .

- The intimacies of certain close relationships make you feel that you are suffocated and that possibly your essential and Light Being is being lost .

- You do not pay attention and defense to what other people are telling you, which easily causes you to suffer through your feelings .

- To get away from you situations that you do not like or negative, you say you have an intervention plan, sometimes you just say it as an escape .

Start the Source Search

In South America there is a popular adage that says " kill the snake by the head ", that is, look for the root of the situation.

You must distance yourself from the possible Source

Once you have found the source of the negative emotions and energies that you are absorbing, the first thing you should do is stay away from these people, at least 30 meters. So much? Yes, a well-marked amount of space is necessary. Please, it doesn't matter if strangers feel offended.

Then you must hold your breath counting to three. Subsequently, release the air. Remember that the hand on your chest should remain very still and that of your abdomen should go down and up according to your inhalation and exhalation.

Gradually, with this breathing exercise, you will return to the original moments of tranquility, peace, love, spirituality and joy that you previously possessed as Being of Light .

Regularly, negative emotions and energies usually stay in the solar plexus, so you should wash this site. How to do it? I will tell you.

You must place the palm of your right hand on your solar plexus, then, start sending to that area all kinds of positive energy, goodness, joy, effort, dedication, passion, among other positive energies and emotions . All those that you need most, and that you deem convenient.

Now, if you want to treat or counteract negative energies of many years, you should do this exercise every day, at least, until you feel recovered.

You can practice this exercise especially when you have negative energies of anxiety, depression and stress; This way you will recover and strengthen your calm center.

You must protect yourself

I remember that some time ago, to go to the town of my origin, we had to go through a river. When I was 16 years old, when I passed through this place, I felt that my whole body was melting into a terrible spiritual pain, it was unbearable! Once, I told my mother, and that day, my mother told me that, being a child, about two years old, passing the river I slipped and fell into the water, and almost drowned. I had to perform the exercises that I have told you, so gradually, the negative energy of this site was transforming.

Strategies :
