Of course, this issue is very important if we are interested and reflect a bit on the fact that the rebirth we experience in this life or future lives depends solely on our past and present actions . From what we do, we think and say in the here and now.

In some spiritual currents it is believed that we can be reborn as human beings, animals, inanimate objects or things and plants or plants.

From the point of view of energy, it is proven that the realms of existence that manifest it are that of devas, that of the Titans, that of human beings, that of animals, that of demons and that of plants . So, from this perspective, one can be reborn in any of these modalities because energy presupposes in some way that life exists. In this approach it is assumed that we cannot be reborn as inanimate things or objects because they contain no energy or life.

There is another approach that states that we cannot be reborn in lower realms, that is, we are always reborn in higher realms. For example, if in this life we ​​are human, in the following we would have to be Titans or Devas, it is not contemplated to go back to lower realms because it is assumed that this path has already been traveled in some way.

In the East, specifically in Nepal and Tibet it is understood that it can be reborn in different realms of existence, in that of the Kamadatu Kingdom of Desire, in the kingdom of Form and in the Kingdom without form.

In which we find ourselves is that of Desire or Kamadatu, that of the cyclic and conditioned existence of Samsara.

Six types of rebirth.

In the realm of desire one can be reborn in six different types of existence, in the lower realms: in that of demons, hungry spirits and animals. And in the higher realms: in that of Human Beings, Titans and Devas. In that order ascendingly.

In this approach we have no guarantee of always being reborn in ascending or descending form, in some way there is the freedom to take care of our actions of mind, word and body in order to be reborn in a lower or higher realm.

according to the cause and effect ...

If we think about it this makes a lot of sense, for example if in this life as humans we kill another human being, it would be illogical to suppose that we will have a superior rebirth, somehow focusing on the cause and effect our non-constructive actions direct us to the lower realms. Merit and the gathering of wisdom guide us to a superior rebirth, it cannot be otherwise.

It may seem daunting, however it is quite the opposite, since it is affirmed that we have all the freedom in the present to generate constructive consequences for the future. We cannot modify the past but we can orientate ourselves to take advantage of the flowering of the consequences of our present life or past lives.

It is important to reflect on the fact that rebirth and karma are not a punishment, they are quite the opposite, they are the freedom to work in the now to have a better and constructive future.

karma is responsibility .. ..

We can assure you that without a doubt karma is a responsibility, it should not generate tension if not the confidence that if we remain conscious and attentive to our vital performance there can be no other consequence than a superior rebirth.

Karma is a complex issue, so sometimes we can see that some people deploy destructive actions and apparently do not suffer or lead a good life, and we can see people who perform edifying activities and experience serious situations with much suffering. It is said that this is because the actions that we deploy do not flourish immediately, in fact it is affirmed that in the present life the result of actions of the previous life or lives are experienced.

However, if we carry out constructive actions in this life at least we can be sure that we are pointing to edifying consequences in the future and to a superior rebirth.

We will not be able to modify the past but we must experience its consequences in a thoughtful and thoughtful way, if what we reap is suffering we must generate patience and the aspiration not to act in a harmful way in the future and if what we experience it is happiness and peace we must reflect on the fact that it is surely the result of an adequate act in the past, it is important to reinforce our intention to maintain that positive and safe direction towards a superior rebirth.

The recommendation as always is to remain attentive and aware of what we do, think and say, enjoying the path or life, what we like and what we do not like ... understanding that deep down everything that happens to us is valuable material to grow and thank ... to understand and ascend.
