1. A summary of what the Pedagooogia 3000 trainings consist of

We are happy to invite you to the Intensive Training-Integration courses of Pedagooogia 3000. This course is exclusively for those who want to:

* Have an academic update on the latest current changes at the educational and anthropological level

* Actively commit to the new education and the purpose of today's children and youth

* Achieve deep personal development and work with awareness, in tune with current changes.

This Intensive Training-Integration is designed to reinforce us and give us the impulse to be an active agent of change and then to be a “Focal Point” of change and union for the new education.

This Intensive Training-Integration has 4 components:

1. Course I: “Holistic Education is possible”

2. Course II: “Pedagogical practices for the Third Millennium”

3. Course III: "The Inner Master"

4. Practice Integration Thesis

These courses can be taken in any order. Each course lasts 24 hours. They are described one by one later in this document. To obtain the final degree, one has to successfully pass all three courses and do the final work of Integration Thesis.

These current rapid changes invite us to a deep personal transformation, which will allow us to act with conscience, with peace and well-being.

Course I allows the understanding of current pedagogical and social changes, as well as provides ideas for concrete applications and instrumentation of a new Pedagogy. It offers to know the investigations and observations updated on the children of today and the education they need, as well as to be able to carry out the corresponding applications in a practical way in the current school system, from the subject that one teaches or from whatever its involvement in Education and current changes. How to achieve a pro-active, protagonist, useful, comprehensive and fun education? This course also provides recommendations to carry out practical actions to improve current education in general and help with the personal development of adults involved in education.

Course II offers to explore developments in education and to apply them from any field. It consists of knowing and, more than anything else, being able to apply, in any context, the 33 pedagogical notebooks of instrumentation of Pedagooogia 3000 and of various alternative pedagogical tendencies.

It includes exercises to achieve a comprehensive development of children and accompanying adults, including physical, emotional, cognitive, ecological, aesthetic-creative, intuitive development, Spiritual, social, multicultural, ethical-solidarity and family. It will add exercises of the four elements, exercises for the right hemisphere and the 4th brain, integrating mandalas, labyrinths, Light Sound Shape, how to work in a higher octave of consciousness, body movements and openness of consciousness, Life Purpose games, Re-Connection games, Planetary Peace Culture, teachings with silence and breathing conscious, visualizations and creative relaxation, self-esteem, anti-stress techniques for teachers and parents, Sacred Geometry in education, Synthesis game and a glimpse of education in the future, among other topics.

Course III experientially explores the Love-Wisdom-Will-Triad triad and investigates the issues of multidimensionality and Purpose of Life, as well as addresses the energy changes of these times and how to handle them, for me and For my students and / or children.

The starting point of our attitude as an educator or other professionals (or simply as a human being) will also be strengthened. In other words, whatever we do, whatever our branch, starts from an internal source of personal balance, peace and inner understanding, as well as from Universal Compassion and Unconditional Love, and not from frustration and anger (for the same education we receive or for seeing and experiencing some disasters of current education or the world in general), with a deep understanding of the current process of rapid changes that touches humanity today.

Thesis of Integration of Practice (TIP)

Finally, the course concludes with a personal work of each participant, in writing or on DVD, on an educational theme of the Third Millennium of their interest. At the end of the three previous courses, each participant is requested to talk to Noem about the subject of his thesis and make a small summary in writing. Once approved, you will be given a deadline to deliver it, approve it and thus finalize this series of Intensive Training-Integration of Pedagooogy 3000, which will give way to the true Training, the Learning of Life itself, which allows to put into practice the co-recreation of our own pedagogy, of our own growth, of our Love-Wisdom-Will. Each course will have three integrative individual and semi-group self-assessment tests as well as a practical exercise on how to make assessments in the Third Millennium. More a group evaluation of practice (exercise carried out during the last session).
