It is a very dynamic workshop where children will be helped to prepare to live better knowing their creative and mental abilities.
OBJECTIVES
- Develop creativity
- Boost self-esteem
- Transmit and strengthen the spirit of unity with teamwork
- Improve communication with others
- Work emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strengthen the attention and concentration capacity
- Facilitate the ability to relax
There will be activities such as: physical and biteral exercises (to release tension and improve brain connections through movement), paint mandalas (relax and increase concentration), cooperative games, plastic, breathing, relaxation, massage, songs ...
The groups are small and with ages from 3 years
