Have you noticed that with your continuous focus on receiving Love, incorporating Love and expressing Love, you are experiencing a constant process of transformation? Love transforms your Being by encouraging you to abandon all forms of illusion to which you have clung, to reveal within the Being of you the greatest Light, truth and Love. While it can be challenging to let go of the illusion through physical practices and circumstances, it is often more difficult for you to realize the truth that arises once the illusion has dissolved. The process of internalizing checks can often create internal resistance. The easiest way to allow the processes of Love and transformation, the liberation of illusions and the consolidation of truth, is to surrender and accept them. When you accept that as Being you are constantly transforming; and that this transformation is natural for you, then you begin to realize that all the experiences in your reality are to support your transformation. From an apparently negative experience to an experience of bliss, they all come to your reality with Divine opportunity to allow your inner transformation and your flowering. This also helps you realize that all situations and experiences have a purpose; the same goes for world circumstances, all of them are opportunities for Humanity to transform and begin to truly incorporate Love. When you focus on receiving, incorporating and expressing Love, even when you are achieving it, this is only an approach, an intention . In order for you to truly incorporate Love it is necessary that you let go of what hinders Love, to transform and dissolve illusions. Then the truth that already exists within you will manifest the desire that incorporation be an experience that starts from the inner truth.

Acceptance is a tool as powerful as surrender. During the transformation process there are several moments that require surrender. To begin the process of transformation it is necessary to surrender to it, then the time will come to the climax of the process that will invite you to surrender to the change that is taking place and to the new energies that flow into your Being. Finally, you are invited to surrender to the truth which is now more evident than before.

It is a great practice to contemplate at the end of the day the transformation process that you have experienced, whether large or small. With conscious recognition and acceptance, at that time you may intend to surrender to the transformations of the day, of which you are aware and of which you are not; this creates in your Being more changes of awakening and truth. This practice encourages you to contemplate and understand the transformations that occur within you. It could be something as simple as a change of mood, realize a habit, or commit to make positive affirmations, experience a meditation, have a positive understanding of yourself and your passions, help another, participate in the Healing of the Earth, abandon the judgments; and many simpler experiences that occur daily. When you recognize that you are transforming many times a day, you begin to see yourself and see your reality from a new perspective, build trust and allow yourself to trace your spiritual path.

It is also important that every time you realize that you are transforming, inhale and exhale deeply and consciously; The purpose is to remember your expansive nature and the abundance you possess of the rich qualities of the Creator. In a single cycle of breathing you can remember and align yourself, understanding your expansion and your connection to all aspects of the Creator, realize that you are never alone and that you are much more than your earthly Self. This is nutritious, rejuvenating and satisfying. Simply inhale filling yourself with the knowledge that you are the expansive Creator; and you will realize that your exhalation is extremely beautiful and full of the vibrations of the Creator.
