What is your main source of rest and well-being?

- Relax, is to learn to let go, feel my body, be present in everything that happens in me, pleasant or unpleasant, live through all my feelings, my emotions, enjoy life.

-Relax, is to free myself, release my tears, my laughter, my sadness and my joys, my anger and my tenderness.

-Relax, is to feel, breathe, play, listen, release, loosen, be listening to my body, my emotions.

What prevents me from doing it, what prevents you from doing it?

What prevents me from living this intensity, this fullness?

Are my fears, my tensions, my image of myself, my beliefs, my movie and my inner speeches?

Relaxing, I appropriate my energies, those from above and those below, those that I like and those that I don't like, those that manipulate me, those that I know and those that I don't know.

WISE ACTION

Once upon a time, in China, there was a kingdom caught in civil war and foreign war.

The king brought a wise man and asked him to bring peace and harmony again.

The wise man answered nothing and returned to his refuge at the top of the mountain.

Faced with this inaction, the king remained very restless, but little by little the civil war calmed down and the invaders withdrew. Harmony and peace returned to the kingdom.

The king climbed to the top of the mountain, to the refuge of the wise, and said:

«You have become inactive, how is it possible that peace has returned? »

The wise replied:

«I have made Peace in me and waited for it to spread throughout the country»

These interior spaces once contacted, nobody can take them away; They belong to me and I am definitely free inside those spaces.
