It is my desire that my source of light offer you the strength you need to continue on your spiritual path. Breathe the energy of the force into your being, a force that supports your fundamental inner energies.
There are some people whose devotion to their spiritual path is declining at this time; The pressure and the transformation process are becoming a heavy burden. I wish each of you to understand that we, the Ascended Masters, and your soul have no expectation as to you or your reality on Earth. There is no pressure to reach or even travel your spiritual path on Earth. Our greatest desire is not to achieve your ascension but to follow the feelings of joy and inspiration that exist in your being. Instead of stressing to achieve your ascension, follow your inner guidance, the feelings and desires of your soul and your intuition. This will guide you along your path more than any requirement or goal you set for yourself. We want you to know that we have no expectations as to your current, physical and spiritual reality, and we hope that you also dissolve any expectations you have regarding your spiritual development and growth at this time. The expectation will only create limitations and block your expansive expression of themselves. Allow yourself to let go of any expectations you may have about yourself for 12.12.12 and 21.12.12; Let go of all expectations and allow yourself to exist as love and in love.
As we get closer to ascension there is an air of panic that is emerging in the mind and the emotions of many as to whether they will be ready, if they will have done enough, why they cannot overcome the small challenges and how they can exist in love. You can always have these questions and there is always a period of growth that needs to be addressed and presented to you as you ascend, because ascension is continuous and could be said eternal. It is important to realize that the more you press and the more you demand, the more you are limiting your growth. I am not saying that they should not have aspirations or dreams; these will always exist in your heart, but allow yourself some freedom of expectation.
Existing according to your loving energy and focusing on your intuition will give them access to greater liberation, thus allowing them further expansion and ascension. In truth, at this moment I am asking you to be united with your own energies, to be at peace, to be united with your inner guidance; in this way they will allow themselves to be united with the energy of the Creator in your interior and around your whole being. Take some time to rest while allowing yourself to be united and integrate with your own energies. With this understanding, they will allow many changes and integrations to occur naturally and easily, with little focus.
The action of being united with your own energies is the action of observing oneself, of self-awareness, inner peace, and a feeling of being comfortable in your own energy; It is similar to addressing many situations of your reality from a meditative state. Remember that the body does not have to be in meditation for the mind to adopt a meditative state of consciousness. It is to observe, adopt peace and that everything as it is in the present is the perfection of the Creator. To understand that you are love and that you are completely and absolutely surrounded by love, it is only necessary to let it enter your being more fully for your most complete experience. I understand that what I am suggesting may sound even more challenging than your current goals in your reality and spiritual practices.
Simply ask to be aligned with the Creator's energy to be unified or united with your own energies and those of the Creator; then just sit in peace, experiencing, observing and absorbing.
I believe that the panic concerning the spiritual evolution of many people on Earth is due to the movement of time. Time seems to be accelerating so drastically that it may feel as if time is escaping them and that they now have less time than before to achieve what they feel is needed in your reality. It is true that time has accelerated and that all experiences, situations and events are moving at a faster pace. It is your understanding of time that makes it accelerate or slow down, and it is really your understanding of themselves that creates the experience of a faster step. Because time is created by humanity in order to understand its reality, to distinguish between what it has experienced, what it is currently experiencing and what it hopes to experience. In the creation of the humanity of time there was an understanding of existing in the present but also the mind was limited in its acceptance of the reality experienced on Earth. Time was created as an idea to document and explore everything that was being experienced in a physical reality, but it really travels like a wave over the experience of reality on Earth. Time seems to be very integrated with your reality, and yet it is a false perception that is simply nothing more than an idea. Time seems to march with you, without being influenced by anyone, but because it is an idea that you have absorbed, you are influencing time in all the scenarios of your reality. The vibration according to which they exist is similar to a rhythm that pulses smoothly and slowly when they are not aware of themselves as spiritual beings of light and aspects of the Creator, but when they are conscious, this rhythm pulses with accelerated speed and pronounced sound. It is not time that is accelerating and causing panic that there is not enough time to achieve your ascension or that time is running out. Time will always be there, as long as they accept it as an idea, but your vibration is accelerating with each step they take along your spiritual path, and thus the acceleration of your vibration accelerates your march.
In many ways we are observing the movements of your ascension and the acceleration of your vibration instead of the movement of time.
I wish to share with you a tool that will help you to be united with your energy, remaining in your present and even help you to perceive that time is slowing down, even though the vibration of your energy will continue to accelerate, just as all the vibrations on and on earth. Throughout your day, if you focus on your alignment with the Creator, taking time to understand your experience of the Creator's energy, this will allow them to exist in your present. When I speak of existing in your present, I am not necessarily talking about being alert and present within your physical reality but about being present within your energies and in your Inner Being. It is being aware of how you feel energetically during different moments of your reality by joining with the Creator's energy. It is enjoying a moment of connection, unity and being united with the Creator that will allow you to exist in the very center of your spiritual growth, your spiritual understanding and the changes that are happening. By recognizing your alignment with the Creator's energy you are allowing yourself to perceive the changes, transformations and growth that you are achieving. When they recognize each other with peace, they recognize how much they are really achieving, and thus the prospect that time is accelerating dissolves.
With this tool you are also allowing yourself to be united, follow your intuition and understand that you can take your time, that we are not pressing you and that you can enjoy your growth at a speed that is appropriate for you. Please know that the movements of time are the movements of your vibration; Just because your vibration accelerates does not mean that there is less time for you to experience your spiritual development. Everything is perfect right now. The more aware they become of themselves and your reality, the more they can discover that it is as if everything dramatically slows down. This is simply because they are processing more sensations, understandings, experiences and situations. The more aware you can become of yourself and your reality, the easier it will be for you to navigate through time, and you will discover that you can remain in your present more easily, instead of being carried away by the acceleration of your vibration.
Allow yourself the time to be united and experience the energy of the Creator, knowing that this energy is the same that you possess, and exist just as within your being.
Know that the energies are more divine and sacred at this time and by being united with your being you will acquire a true experience.
Let your vibration rise and focus on your reality by focusing on your alignment and experience of the Creator's energy. Ask to experience greater alignment and unity with the Creator, then allowing yourself to bathe in these energies.
