My proposal:
Solidarity Talks in exchange for Children's Food for various NGOs
Since the beginning of September of this year, I am putting into practice an idea that has three objectives:
First: Conduct two or three-hour gatherings on Natural Home Remedies, Natural Vegetable Foods (therapeutic, nutritional and anti-indicative properties), Complementary Natural Solutions to Various Chronic Health Problems, Relaxation and Mental Control Techniques (Group Psychotherapies, Mental Displacements, etc.), Various Natural Alternative Therapies (Massage Techniques and Self Massage with Bamboo Rods, Geotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Phytotherapy, Manual Electromagnetism, etc, etc), in Neighborhood Associations, Cultural Associations, Commercial Associations, Social Organizations, Casales of Diverse Elderly People, etc., etc., in different places of Barcelona and its Metropolitan Area .
Second: Charge each assistant, as a minimum, one kilogram of CHILD FOOD for every hour of the gathering.
Third: The food provided by the attendees will be delivered by the promoting Association to Caritas, Red Cross, or the NGO, which this Association proposes.
These CHILD FOODS would be distributed by these NGOs to families with children, without economic resources.
The Association, the Center and I will carry out this gathering selflessly:
- I will commit to creating the conditions so that visitors feel comfortable learning, commenting and asking questions.
- The Association or the Center will create the necessary conditions so that they are carried out in the best possible conditions.
These gatherings, in principle, will be carried out in different places, on Wednesdays or Fridays from 18 to 20 hours, although other days and other schedules could be negotiated, to the self being retired.

My answer:
- I am delighted, as long as my talk is only about what I propose.
- In addition to the SOLIDARIAN CHILDREN FOODS, these talks also dignify the one who receives their fruit and will end up giving you votes.
My anecdote: From 2008 to October 18, 2014, I have made individually and by my means in different places of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, a lot of talks in exchange for solidarity food whose recipients have always been, generally, diverse Caritas headquarters, some solidarity dining rooms and a Local Food Bank of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.
If I told you the amounts achieved in this period and the receiving NGOs, you might be surprised. And if you told yourself that these NGOs, most of them did not know that the promoter was me, instead of the center that was always the one that collected the food at the entrance and handed them to them.
