I greet you with angelic blessings and I embrace you deeply with pure Love. I, the supervisor of the Angelic Kingdom, Metatron, want to share insight and guidance on the liberation and transformation of active negative energy within your Being. At this time of Ascension large volumes of Light are penetrating the Earth and into your Being. ; you are absorbing more Light in your whole Being than just a few months ago; and many are acting as anchors and transmitting the Light in the service of Humanity. With such powerful volumes of Light flowing through your Being, numerous deep purifications that change life are taking place. Many of the energies that are being released are very familiar to you, you can feel them as problems that for years you have wanted to heal; or you can feel them so part of your Being, that you can feel liberation as if you lost a part of yourself. At this time, your Soul is presenting you with some of your deepest and most fearful inner energies. Your Soul realizes that you are now in a circumstance in which you are completely and absolutely supported, that you have the necessary understanding to make the transitions; and that it is safe for you to promote healing.
On Earth, Souls are often blind to the internal energies that limit their existence; they look for answers, freedom and support, with few results; They may be confused about the behaviors to which they cling and limit their performance. Frequently those around them, sometimes without even noticing it, can clearly see their destructive habits. If you are willing to observe yourself as well as to observe your reality as mirrors of your inner energies, then you will allow yourself to glimpse the energies that inside you cause more pain and suffering.
Definition of Negative or Fear-Based Energies
Negativity is simply an energy that has separated and disconnected from the Creator and Love; It is a caged energy and unable to escape. Often the negative energy is only repeated with the same approach and the same pattern, with each cycle increases and empowers its presence. The negative energy that you feel emerging from within you began as the energy body as which you exist and is connected to a part of it; It is your energy that manifests itself in a certain way because of a thought, an emotion or an experience. That energy separates from your pure energy, although it remains in you because its creation was energized by your focus; it is as if he assumed a new identity different from the identity of pure Light of your Being. This means in you that energies that are unresolved or untreated can be energized until they seem to have their own power; when there is a negative or fearful energy, it is active; then a part of you or even your whole Being is restricted, repressed and disempowered. Your actions, your thoughts, your emotions, your perspectives; and the way you communicate and express yourself are contaminated by negative energy, even if you are not aware of what is inside you and which you cling to in your daily life.
The limiting energies inside you become very powerful fragmented aspects of your energy, because of their constant repetition in cycles; and accumulate power within you. When you receive healing, it often seems that these fragmented energies were released; the truth is that fragmented energies are reconnected to your energy system. This simple reconnection promotes healing because when you connect with the fragmented aspect, you accept it along with the energy that it has or represents; Acceptance allows energy to transform into the high and pure vibrations of your energy and align with them. The fragmented aspect is unified with the totality and completeness of your Being and energizes it, thus raising your energy vibration and your Light quotient.
It is important that you realize that all thoughts and all fearful and negative emotions are part of your energy that has assumed a new identity separate and completely opposite to your truth; this identity lives with you and often causes chaos, because it wants to be recognized, heard, noticed; and returned to its original Source: Your Essence and your truth. With this understanding, the negative or fearful energy has no control over you, you can remain in your power more easily. Frequently the negative or fearful energy directs you to recognize your inner strength and empowers you; For example: If you are afraid to meet people, the truth is that you have natural talent and ability to communicate with people. If you experience pain and suffering in your body, you have natural ability as a healer. If you experience disempowerment in any way, you have a natural ability to empower and empower others. Frequently the fearful or negative energy you experience guides you to your best talents, qualities and sacred inner gifts, which are always the opposite of the negative or fearful energy.
Exploration and Understanding of Fragmented Fear-Based Negative Energies
Take time to consider the following:
What are the fears or negative energies that are now affecting your Being and your reality?
What quality or positive energy are you trying to make your fears or negative energies conscious in your life? (It is the positive energy, the quality or the experience opposite to your fears and negative energies).
Are you prepared to integrate the positive qualities that your fears are pointing inside your Being and that simply require recognition or activation?
Create positive affirmations that declare that you are prepared to incorporate and express the positive qualities that you have discovered as your innermost truth and as your abilities, which require being active in your daily life.
Reconnection of Fragmented Energy Fear-Based Negative
When you feel prepared, enter a state of meditation in which you feel completely relaxed, safe and supported. You may want to summon my energies, those of Metatron; May your guides lend you their energy and their love.
Create an intention and say it out loud by describing the negative energy or based on fear, emotions, thoughts or experiences that you want to heal. Affirm that instead of them you want to incorporate the opposite positive energy, which you can also describe.
Focus inside your Being and connect with the negative or fear-based energy; allow yourself to feel its presence, the impact it has on you; and its limiting nature. Imagine that the negative or fear-based energy is a person, a character, an image or a symbol. Perceive anything that energy wants to tell you or remember you.
Now that you have an image of energy, it is easier for you to connect with it and accept it.
Refocus on the inside of your Being and focus or ask to focus on connecting with the positive qualities you have discovered. Focus on them until they sprout and bloom from within your Being.
By integrating positive qualities opposed to negative or fear-based energies, you fully accept and welcome the energy and image of your fear. Allow fear or negative energy to reconnect with your energy. When it reconnects, it will be transformed by the natural purity of your Being.
Perceive, feel and recognize that energy dissolves, creating integrity and peace within your Being while also empowering the positive qualities that you have activated and incorporated into your Being.
Perhaps this exercise should be practiced once, or perhaps numerous times, until the energy no longer manifests itself in your daily reality. In truth, you are liberating your Being, raising your vibration and ensuring that your internal and external realities reflect your desires and dreams of fulfillment in your current life.
