Your recent history has proven that you have not had the opportunity to develop spiritually, only a few beings who were strong enough and were destined to follow the path of enlightenment were able to do so. Now this has changed dramatically as the Earth has dramatically increased its frequency, and continues to raise it.
There are brothers and sisters among you who feel this and consciously integrate these frequencies into their bodies. They come from other star systems and have chosen to incarnate on their Earth to help install the rising cosmic frequencies on their planet. They absorbed the low vibrations in order to purify and transform them into light in their own bodies and minds. They did this by consciously following a process of understanding and purifying their thoughts, their emotions and their own frequencies to Luz. They trained themselves to become aware of all these contents and the functioning of their own mind bodies so that they could handle them. They often had contracts with spiritual teachers who incarnated at the same time and who taught them how to do this. You could call these brothers and sisters "precursors", the first generation, to assist your planet to ascend in these times and which had been predetermined for thousands of years.
The Divine process is always a very complex and comprehensive event, and all the pieces of the puzzle always find their place together when they have to. And in this case, they will unite for the great ascension process that is taking place now in their entire solar system, but not only there, but also in the universe to which their solar system belongs. This is part of the natural evolution where everything created must ultimately recognize and realize the Divine Source, the All That Is.
We have described what has happened so far in your evolutionary history, and now another great moment emerges - the moment when you, the people of the Earth, are waking up! When humanity is waking up!
Having heard and seen and read increasing information from your “road counters” about the ascension process and that of the Earth, many of you begin to worry about whether you will be able to ascend yourself because you have no training on how manage with their faculties, such as their thoughts and feelings, and how to become more sensitive to energy or frequencies, or to the Light itself.
You have been told to manage your subconscious content, but you do not know how to do this. The vocabulary used and which they read mainly on their internet network are merely words for many of you, as it is not a familiar field of experience.
My dear ones, we ask you now to trust in the Divine provision. These instructions that you have been reading, without knowing how to understand them, were given rather to those who were already on their way and who were able to understand how to use them, simply needed to be reminded of it, encouraged and supported to continue the work for their own good. and that of all mankind.
Beloved, it is only your misunderstanding that causes the concept of separation, which is the reason for your concern. But if you could at least accept that humanity is ONE body and that each of you are similar cells in that One Body of Humanity, in which certain nations are like organs in this Great Body, then you could better understand their process of evolution and ascension. Consider those of your brothers and sisters who have worked for a long time to invoke and ignite their light in your body-mind as enlightened cells, as master cells in the One Great Body of Humanity and who are also initiating the ignition or ignition of the ascension of each one of you.
So when you can accept that you are One Humanity, then you can also understand that this process of ignition or start-up of each one of you must necessarily occur, simply because it is a Unit! The Light flows lately without knowing of obstructions, and only when you intentionally resist it will you have difficulty reaching and becoming. Until then, learn to see yourself and all of humanity as a single body that is what it is, a Divine Being, in which you all participate. Accept that your essence IS Divine and nothing less, and so is each one of you. Therefore, love yourself and love all mankind. This is the best preparation to open themselves to receive the Light that is now raining so fully and magnificently on Earth, satisfying it and satisfying all its beings.
The more they love, the more they will be able to transcend heavy thoughts and emotions. It's that easy. You do not need any technique, you just need to have the correct disposition, which is to love, ultimately in all circumstances. And the Light will find them and will launch their highest wisdom and awareness.
