How to perform Ho'oponopono prayers in 4 steps

  • 2018

Do you know the story of the therapist who healed a complete ward of criminal psychiatric patients without even talking to them for a moment? It was Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len (see Ho'oponopono: Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and his teacher Morrnah) and the results he obtained seem like a miracle, and indeed, miracles occur when Ho'oponopono is used.

Dr. Len created his own version of this ancient Hawaiian knowledge and called it Self-Identity through Ho ' oponopono or SITH ® ( Self I-Dentity Through Ho'oponopono ).

The results are amazing.

Do you need a miracle?

How does it work? How can you heal yourself and make others heal? How can it be that things are affected "outside"?

The secret is that there is no "outside" - everything happens in the mind . Everything we see, what we hear, all the people we meet every day, we experience in the mind. We just think it's "outside" and we think that absolves us of responsibility.

In fact it is the opposite: we are responsible for everything we think and everything that catches our attention. If we watch the news, everything we hear in the news is our responsibility. It sounds hard, but it means that we are also able to clean it, and change it with forgiveness.

The steps of this method are simple. The forces in operation are repentance, forgiveness, gratitude and love . They are forces with incredible power.

The best part of this updated version of Ho'oponopono is that you can do it yourself, you do n't need anyone else, no one needs to hear you. You can "say" the words in your mind. The power is in the feeling and intention of the universe to forgive and love.

The Ho'oponopono process is composed of four steps that can be recited and repeated in any order:

Step 1- Repentance: I'M SORRY

As stated earlier, you are responsible for everything that happens in your mind, even if it seems to be "outside." Once you realize it, it is very natural to feel regretful .

For example: if a tornado abuses my city, the feeling is of regret that something in my conscience has created that idea . Likewise, I feel so much that someone I know has fractured that I realize that I caused it.

Realizing this can be painful and you may tend to resist accepting responsibility for problems that occur "outside" until you start practicing this method on the most obvious "in here" problems, and see results.

Therefore, choose something that you know you have caused yourself. Overweight? Nicotine, alcohol or other substance addiction? Do you have problems with anger, with anger? Health problems? Start there and say SORRY . This is the first step: "I FEEL . "

It can also be very powerful to say it more clearly: "I realize that I am responsible for (problem) in my life and I regret that something in my consciousness has caused it."

Step 2- Ask for forgiveness: PLEASE FORGIVE ME

Don't worry about who you are asking for forgiveness. Just do it! Repeat it again and again. Do it with real intention. Remember your regret from step 1 and ask for forgiveness .

Step 3- Gratitude: THANKS

Say THANK YOU - again, it doesn't matter who or what you thank. Thank your body for everything it does for you. Thank yourself for being or better than you can be. Thank God, the Universe. Thank what you have just forgiven. Just say THANK YOU .

4- Ama: I LOVE YOU

This may also be step 1. Say I LOVE YOU . Tell your body, God, the air you breathe, the house that shelters you. LOVE your challenges. Say it again and again. Feel it. It is the power of Love.

That's it. The practice of Ho'oponopono, simple and surprisingly effective.
