The intention for these 2 energies is to perform together a dance of happiness, joy, pleasure; and even ecstasy. So from that nuclear force, from that living fire of Creation, a differentiation arose that gave rise to the currents of masculine and feminine energies, both born of the One: The 2 Faces of God Symbolically, imagine that the first man and the first woman woke up from that Source of unity Each one assumed the form in a different body Even lacking of familiarity with the form, the One moves in both masculine and feminine.
Imagine the surprise and wonder when they see each other! When women and men looked at each other for the first time On the one hand there is recognition of their equality, both rooted in the same way in the Source: The life that wants to open, that wants to celebrate, that wants to experience But there is also the recognition of the other, that they are different; And there is the attraction between the 2 poles. They are amazed and want to meet.
When there is a state of unity in which everything is One, there are few opportunities for exploration, discovery, investigation, learning ... That arises only by being 2, in duality Intention original of duality is joy, abundance; and mutual discovery and enjoyment. The deep intention for the relationship between man and woman is to experience in the other a kind of secret and mystery; to be always looking for it in a happy and joyful way ... Remember that sensation again.
As Soul, you come directly from the One, you are a direct emissary, a spark of God, from the original fire, so you are filled with a deep wisdom and the arch-remembrance of the Home that you have never lost., you only think you have lost it. From this deep source of the One that you are, you have chosen a male or female body; and you have opted for the experiences of being a man or a woman in this life So you are not the masculine and the feminine, but you have made the choice to live that experience and put on a body male or female.
Now look at your body, your sex as a man or a woman; observe it with a neutral admiration, as something that you are but also as something that you are not ... You are more than that, you are an unlimited Being ... When you look in this way at your femininity or masculinity, you distance yourself from it and return for a moment to your basic home, to your Almica energy that has chosen to be male or female. I ask you to imagine that your feminine energy is a girl; you as Soul, as Old Soul who have traveled a lot in the Universe, observe the girl in you, your feminine energy; and take it by the hand ... Then look at your masculine energy and look at it as a child, a child that belongs to you; and also shake hands ... You love both children and you hold them both.
Take time to allow that image to penetrate you; honor both aspects of yourself ... While you feel the eternity of your Soul, respect these ways of being male or female; and of being a boy or girl. Find out which of the 2 you have easier access, with which one you connect without difficulty; see which one is doing well ... Are both happy and satisfied or does anyone feel lonely or ignored? ... Notice how they are dressed; and if they can move freely and spontaneously.
Watch them both, starting with the girl ... Look her straight in the eye ... If you find it difficult to see a girl, make one; Go before you a pretty, or powerful, or playful girl ... Choose what you find fun to fantasize about, but that is playful and light. Which girl would you like to take?… Ask that girl: “What can I give you?… What makes you whole and complete?”… And the girl will let you see that through a word or a gesture… Then do the same with the little boy who is with you; and if you don't see it immediately, create a child allowing your imagination to fly without brake. Look at this child with the eyes of a wise mother, receive it, welcome it because it is beautiful as it is, as it is ... Then ask this child who represents your masculine energy: "Do you feel at home with me? ... Do you feel welcome?… What can I give you?… Or what do you need to receive to be complete and complete? ”
