How easy it is to achieve enlightenment! How easy it is to follow the inner intuition that brings you a timeless experience, where everything is peace! It is easy because your Essential Being wants to show itself at all times and sometimes you allow it, that is, you make use of your free will. But how difficult it is to hold it. What happens is that you have been practicing the opposite for 20, 30, 40 50 years. Wanting to be someone else and believing him. You usually live on autopilot, identified with your thoughts, with your feelings and emotions, with your identity resident in your memory, with your expectations about yourself.

But you know who you are? You think you know who you are.

Illumination is like a beacon that you see shining from time to time to show you what you are in essence. But that Essential Being that you are seeks to self-realize. You cannot deny it because it is the only thing that you really are. And of course, it comes into conflict when you think, feel and live like what you are not.

Attention to the present moment is essential to know who you are. You cannot know who you are if you look at the past because you are on a mental plane: memory. You cannot know who you are if you look to the future because you enter a mental plane: expectations, desires and avoidance. You can only know who you are in the last present moment.

When you stand in the present and observe your thoughts, you realize that you are not your thoughts, because thoughts are the object of the observer. When you stand in the present moment, you realize that you are not your feelings and emotions, because feelings and emotions are the object of the observer. When you stand in the present moment there is no past tense or future tense, only an observer present. And the observer cannot be observed by himself. The observer cannot become the object of the observed. Try it: try to pay attention to your attention and stay there for 30 seconds, and ask yourself (without words) who cares? There is no answer of the type I attend . You will never find the one you serve because it is consciousness itself, and consciousness is the container without a border where everything unreal is embodied, including the concept and sensation of consciousness itself. What you are looking for is from where you are looking. That is why your Essential Being is always present, because you are the same consciousness. You do not need to make an effort so that everything is reflected in your consciousness. It is plasma. Pay attention to the tip of the big toe, pay attention to the sounds you hear, pay attention to your emotion at this time, pay attention to the lines that divide your reality every time you change your attention from one point to another. Can you notice the separation in your attention changes? Those are your conditions that think that everything is separate, senses, emotions, thoughts. In reality everything is united. The sensation of your finger, the external sound, your emotion, my presence ... everything emerges at once in your consciousness. Practice this. Expand your consciousness until everything is united in the same moment…. In the present instant.

But what happens? That you are distracted by what appears in your consciousness. What you think
that everything that appears in your consciousness is real and you identify with it, even sometimes being in the present moment. Disidentifying oneself from thoughts is not very complicated. Disidentifying oneself from feelings and emotions is somewhat more difficult because it is very physical, and identification with feelings is often used to disidentify ourselves from thoughts, and we give it real value in the process. But really both bullying our thoughts, and bullying our feelings and emotions. More complicated is to disidentify ourselves from our false identity, that backpack full of memories, emotions and sensations that we carry everywhere with us and that only serves to ballast with fears and beliefs of disability that we can live life as it is the present moment, with all its probabilities open; a ballast that constantly prosecutes and compares the present moment with our past life. An identity identified with desires and expectations about ourselves, about our life, that puts barriers to who we really are in pursuit of what we want to be. It is like wearing the blinders of the horses.

Do you think you have to make some effort to be somehow special? Do you think you have to be as they want or do you want to be? Do you think you have to make an effort to, for example, love ? If you have to make an effort to love someone, you are not loving, you are practicing the concept of love. Love radiates on all four sides when there is no separation in your consciousness, when you allow the Essential Being to be in the present moment. If I told you to love what you are in the present moment (your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, your conditioning ... this is on a different level than the one I am talking about), I would be telling you to love your concept of who you are in the present moment Do not love what you are: I know. LOVE will manifest in consciousness. Live your individuality without your own or social judgments. If we were to be all the same maybe there would only be one and maybe it wasn't you ... maybe it would be me (or vice versa). Consciousness is One, but you are an individual manifestation of One Consciousness. Do not follow anyone, do not listen to anyone. Be yourself. Every moment that you can manifest as real is a moment of love of Consciousness. One for your individuality, is life loving you, living you.

Well ... I don't say it's easy ... This is trained ... The gym is called Mindfulness and Mindfulness.
