Is meditation the gateway to spirituality?

It is clear that to experience the benefits of meditation, it is not necessary to go to a remote cave in some mountain, it is something that is within the reach of our daily reality, even for those who live in the dizzying rhythm of the big cities, it is only necessary to stop that v rtigo of the accelerated life that does not allow to connect with the superior nature of being.

From my research on the new consciousness, I DO NOT at this time recommend implementing meditations that anchor in the third eye, since this inner journey requires going beyond the mind that has kept the individual always in a permanent duality. Crossing the "dual mind" will then be like leaving the labyrinth, a key step that will allow you to recognize your purpose, where meditation will be the gateway to an authentic spiritual dimension.

The meditation


If we attend to the term "mediation", a word that comes from the Latin medistari which means "to be in the middle or in the center" we can realize that this "Action" is indicating something key to us, to locate ourselves in our own center, which is not other ... than our own heart! We can say then, that meditation is like a deep dive into our true nature that lies in our heart, in a here and now ... for this it is necessary to stop the mental chatter and anchor in the present, preventing thoughts from wrecking towards worries of the future or remorse for the past.

It will be a time to experience stillness and peace, in a time-space that you define for this purpose ... this will mean that to start it will be key to re-order your premise of time, that is ... not expect to have time to meditate, but ¨ make yourself time to meditate ¨ it will be like clearing X when you studied math in school ???? This way you will be able to define a time of day and a place for this objective.

You should know that the shumann resonance, the very beat of the earth, has undergone major modifications in the first months of this year, which has caused an even more accelerated perception of time ... something that forces the individual to make this connection with the cycles Natural consciously. Different prophecies have referred to this as the "New Time" which is clearly much more than a phenomenon.

How to meditate

Surely you know that there are many ways to mediate. The important thing at the beginning is to be acquiring the habit of dedicating at least 15 or 20 minutes a day, there are those who are already implementing a moment of lunch in their work thus quieting their state of anxiety and "tune" their own rhythm.

It would be good if you can define the same time and in the same place (as an important appointment ???? in contact with nature much better, in this way you will be able to implement a new habit in your daily reality, which will be the most difficult to achieve at the beginning, since any unforeseen external situation will try to get you out of that moment, “ your moment .” You must be aware of the interferences that will interpose at the beginning and to which you will have to give an answer, clearly establishing your priority.

Once you define that own time-space, calm down. Start by concentrating on your breathing, let it be slow and leisurely. Try not to use music at the beginning, if you are in contact with nature, listen to the birds, the wind playing with the leaves of the trees, feel the breeze on your face. Take care of everything that happens in your present, externally first and internally later, do not visualize anything, just sit back and find your center, savor the present and you will discover yourself without masks or roles.

Gradually as you focus, you will learn to "heart", reaching a subjective learning that will allow you to connect with certain types of information / knowledge "experienced" that you can recognize and put into practice from an indescribable inner certainty.

Guided Meditation


Another way to achieve mediation is through certain audios of guided meditations with a soft background music and with a story that induces you to enter your sacred space, it will be like being with someone to accompany you and show you a tour, which You must experience personally. In some moments this resource will be very useful, but do not get used to depending on this type of meditation, remember that the important thing is to achieve that inner contact in your own center, your heart, for which you must quiet your mind and your worries, something quite difficult at first.

Meditating with the Sun


Another very powerful meditation that I recommend, is to connect with the Sun, in the morning or at sunset. But you must understand before the Sun is a consciousness, NOT an e, keep in mind that to establish this consciousness-to-consciousness contact, you can perform all the steps mentioned above and once you feel, establish a direct contact from the heart, visualizing / feeling a shiny golden tube that leaves your heart in a “ spiral” way to the Sun, you can be in this state for about 25 minutes, enjoy that moment of Commonly-Union personally where you can implement the meditation proposed by Daniel Lumera, reciting in a low voice with your eyes closed in front of the Sun, the following statement:
