Continuing with studies on personal development; attached and in this site on the Web, an interesting exhibition on En Unity With Life, by Eckhart Tolle, who briefly teaches us:

1.- The need for self-awareness, focusing mental attention on the inner light of the Spirit, for when the different and multiple experiences that karma brings life are addressed, such experiences can be overcome by acquiring sufficient knowledge that provides the appropriate discernment, absence of desires, right conduct (Mastery of the mind, control of action, tolerance, joy, unique purpose and trust), love and awareness.

2.- With conscious love; as recommended by Eckhart Tolle, in his work In Unity With Life, power: 2.1.- Go beyond thinking; by allowing the positive light of the Spirit to balance and illuminate the actions of the negative energies of the inner body, which would contribute to the understanding and liberation of social conditioning. In addition, to see the interior space and spiritual awakening thinking, feeling, perceiving and acting wisely. 2.2.- Take advantage of the power of the present moment or become present; For only through consciousness is it possible to enjoy the benefits of proceeding in the now, by not living thinking of futuristic uncertainties or pleasures and bitterness of the past. 2.3.- Know who we really are; Not only the part of the personality full of weaknesses and vices with its strengths and virtues, also glimpses of the true essence or Monad, from which the Spirit emanates, will be achieved. 2.4.- Understand and understand the purpose of life; to finally be in unity with life.

Forms of Thought

INTENSE LOVE

Figure 11 reveals the first example of a form of thought deliberately created by its parent, who endeavored to give himself everything in a thought of love towards all beings. It is necessary to remember that all these forms are constantly moving. The one that concerns us; for example, it comes vigorously in the distance, similar to an inexhaustible spring that emerges from the center. And whose dimensions it is impossible for us to reproduce a thought of this kind; It produces such large and diverse effects that it is difficult, unless well trained, in this genre of studies, to describe them clearly and precisely. The way of thinking we have tried to represent is of great accuracy, and it can be observed, in effect, that the numerous rays that sprout from the star are absolutely precise and well defined.
