I am the voice of the Earth. Feel my presence here within you and under your feet. I am present in your body; I flow through all your cells. And it is through your body that you are connected with nature, with everything that surrounds you that grows, lives and breathes. Be aware of the living presence of nature around you here at this time. Feel the trees around this building, the land on which it is established. Feel the plants, the birds and the trees. If you look closely you can feel how your presence also affects those living beings. Not only do you feel them, they also feel you. Even this building is alive because everything that was originally built contains the energies of the Earth. There is awareness in everything around them. Matter is animated consciousness. Feel the energy, the conscience, in this building, the history you have and what you bring to it. Often you underestimate the effect they exert only by being somewhere.
Now sink deeper into your body. Just as you observed your surroundings with your conscience, do it now with your body in a very objective way: feel your head, your throat, your chest. Then sink deeper into your abdomen and feel my energy - I will guide you. I receive them when you do this. I'm alive too; I have a conscience of my own. Feel how I assist you by driving them deeper into your bodies as they sink down along the spine in the coccyx. Feel my nutrient energy, because I am your mother. Sit on your thighs and knees, on your calves and ankles, and along your feet.
Today we will remain here in this part of your body. There is an old idea instilled in people's minds that inspiration comes from above, that deep spiritual understanding stems from a connection with the celestial, with the cosmic, which is above you. But today I ask you to pay attention to what lies beneath you, the ground beneath your feet, the living Earth.
Many of you have experienced pain, disappointment, deep sadness or loneliness, which has lodged in your lower chakras. As a result, your consciousness has ascended - it has left your body to put it that way - because all the emotions they had on the earthly level were too painful to be experienced. I understand that, and I also understand how difficult it is to descend totally into an area of your body that feels so vulnerable. It requires a deep surrender, a deep faith in life.
It is very human to build protective armor whenever they feel seriously damaged. However, such armor prevents them from living; Steal your deepest strength. And so you can't live, because doing this limits them as if they were in prison. Anyway, the flow of life, the power of the soul, is always stronger than the prisons that you build within yourself. From your soul, there is always another push, a driving force towards openness and surrender to life, to everything that is.
The emotional wounds they have suffered are wounds that have been inflicted here on Earth. They may have happened in this life or in past lives, but because they were held here on Earth and that are in your soul memory, you have come to associate the Earth with a violent place, a place that is rough, scary threatening When you return here and incarnate again, and again you hear the call of the soul - because it is unstoppable and will knock at your door again and again - you are probably able to open up to this call at the level of the heart. But when you go deeper into your body, it often becomes so frightening that you withdraw your consciousness from this part of your body. Then they become a divided being. A part of you says "yes" and wants to move forward as you feel the glow, the invitation to a new time. But the parts under the heart, the lower chakras do not dare to get involved and remain closed.
Today I want to offer you a way to regain confidence in that part of you. I would like to point out that the fears that you carry with you have originated primarily from human society in the past, with the energies that prevailed then, by which you have felt rejected and ill-received. But remember that you also have a connection with the Earth itself - with me - regardless of all forms of human thought and collective energies that surround the Earth. I would also like to rid myself of these negative energies. I am also on a path of evolution and inner growth, and I am going through a process of rebirth. I will emerge in a new time in which there will be more harmony between nature and human beings. We both benefit if you remember who I really am, my living essence. By connecting with me, with the awareness that you are so excited to welcome you here, you erase the memories of past pain.

I want to offer you something, a short guided trip, to help you feel that energy more fully. There are all kinds of kingdoms of nature surrounding them, richly inhabited by various creatures that live on Earth. Everyone makes their own contribution as part of the whole. I ask you now to think of a tree, a solid, broad, well rooted tree that has been there for a long time. Its cup reaches the sky, while its roots extend deep into the ground. For a moment meet the essence of this tree with a light and playful feeling. Just imagine that you sit inside the tree and with your conscience feel its power rooted, silent and stable. Descend into their roots. Feel how this being lives, grows and radiates its energy on Earth. Feel what the tree has to give them, what aspect of their energy they like best. Let that energy flow through you and receive it, and feel what the tree wants to receive from you, because in everything there is an exchange. He feels your presence just as you feel his. The tree is also a living energy and is also aware of you. See how he experiences your visit.
I would like to tell you more about this experience. You often see yourself as the great spoiler on Earth, the one who pollutes the Earth and disrupts your natural balance. To some extent this is true, because at this time there is a profound disharmony between human beings and nature. But I want to remind you that I, the Earth, and all my natural kingdoms, welcome you. You are welcome on Earth. We enjoy and benefit from your presence and your energy. You come here to bring something new and exceptional: the propagation of your starlight and your cosmic wisdom. In a sense, you are all visitors here. With one foot they are part of the earth, a physical being such as animals and plants. However, at the same time you come to Earth to bring something else, a completely new way of being. You have freedom, free will. They can develop; they can channel Light to Earth, something that gives a new impetus to all life here. Feel, for a moment, the interaction between human beings and nature within this tree. Feel that the tree enjoys and is exalted by your presence. It sets something in motion, which is simply the flow of love. What you really are, is what most affects the tree. You can see that in a common way in your surroundings, in your garden, in your pets. When you interact intimately with them, then they give you something in return.
I ask you now to choose an animal that wants to come to you to clarify something. Let it emerge in your imagination. An animal wants to come to you to help you feel good and safe on Earth and well connected to the ground beneath your feet, so that you are ready to manifest with confidence and security. The animal knows that security, that shelter. He is one with the Earth by nature and has no doubts about his right to exist. It simply exists, lives, breathes and grows.
Enter with your consciousness within that animal. Allow yourself to merge with it, easily. Feel for a moment the lack of thought processes in this animal. It is not plagued by excessive thinking of the way humans are. Feel how nature flows effortlessly through this animal. Feel how close you are to Earth. Feel the purity, the healthiness of this animal. See what this animal feels about your arrival here, and how you merge your energy with your energy. They feel that your energy is welcome, that it touches something on the animal, it does well and gives it a stimulus. There is an interaction between you two.
What your animal asks you to do is familiarize yourself with the energies of nature so that you begin to feel at home on Earth, and that you know that there is a place for you here. And to put it in stronger terms, that the kingdoms of nature are waiting for you. We want to be inspired by the energy you bring. In return we want to receive them, so that they can be part of our totality. You are so welcome here.
