Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia.- The mamos, spiritual leaders of the Kogui ethnic group, together with the Muiscas, Malayos and Arahuacos chiefs , are summoning native elders from around the world to an ancestral meeting that will be held from 19 to 24 June of this year at the Cota Indigenous Reserve, in Cundinamarca, Colombia .

This special meeting, which will take place during the summer solstice and at the dawn of a new spiritual age, aims to abide by the principles of the mandate of origin to defend the ancestral territory and reach agreements with indigenous peoples throughout the world in defense of Mother Earth.

'No to mining in our countries

According to Luntana Dingula Nacogi, legal representative of Aiprodensa Ikwashendwna (legal entity created for this purpose), this call is aimed at native chiefs around the world as well as lawyers and environmental activists. The UN, Unesco and other international entities no longer have transparency. Today they declare a territory as a world heritage site and then sell it to the highest bidder and the fracking arrives. That is why we say No to the mining investment in our countries Enough with that false statement that they will defend the badlands, the rivers, etc. and end up delivering the land. We, the natives, must defend and enforce what we have signed in the framework of Ikashenduna , explains the spokesman kogui in reference to the legal document signed by thousands of citizens five years ago in Villavicencio, which more He was later handed over to the UN.

It is the new leaders who must restore those principles. This is what is going to be presented to the native representatives of the different continents, he adds.

The call was consulted by the Ramón Gil, Rumaldo Gil, José Miguel Daza, of the Golkushe organization (kogi, Malay and Arawakan shelter), in February of this year. Thus was born the intercontinental association of law Naturagente Salvavida Ikwashendwna (Aiprodensa Ikwashendwna). Naturagente is the one who defines himself as a protector of life, so this entity is responsible for organizing this ancestral intercultural meeting; through which representatives of the original nations of the eastern and western continents are invited.

Custodians of the wisdom of the origin of life

The custodians of the wisdom of the origin of life will unite with the purpose of exchanging and sharing in the aforementioned space the legacy of the ancestors who have transcended as guardians of universal wisdom . The meeting seeks to recover the long-established task on the dialogue for the maintenance of balance on planet earth; assuming the duty to recognize the rights of wisdom, medicines, words, music, dances and other tools that allow the flow of human life on the planet.

Luntana adds that about 15 native chiefs from various parts of the world have already confirmed their presence, while others await the response of their councils. Remember, in addition, that for seven centuries the ancestors fulfill the universal order to remain united in different missions to achieve the same end: the prevention of the life of the planet so that it is not affected by any disease or by beings from other planets that have been degraded by their own innocence . “Cota, Cundinamarca, is the space consulted by the traditional authority council for this service meeting that seeks to guarantee universal balance; in recognition of the place where the intercontinental meeting on the advice of wise men was once held, ”he explains.

The Intercontinental Association of Law Naturagente Salvavida Ikwashendwna (Aiprodensa Ikwashendwna) and its associates will provide accommodation and meals on the days established for the meeting.
