Lunar calendar 2009 Phases of the Moon - Europe

In every meditation it is important that the student remember that, from the point of view of obtaining lasting results, it is easier to meditate effectively during the period between the new moon and the full moon than when it goes from the full moon to the new one. . The first half of the lunar cycle corresponds to intensification, absorption and accumulation; the second half is that of assimilation and distribution. In the long term, much greater real progress can be achieved if this cyclical law is observed. The judicious use of the new acquired energies keeps the influx channels open and prevents the emotional, mental and psychic congestion that may otherwise occur, with its consequent physical consequences.
