We have felt and observed how Mother Earth has expressed two of the greatest lessons for all in these times, in Haiti and in Peru ; I invite you to take a few minutes to read the following email that I personally found very interesting, full of light and reflection.
If your heart asks for it, do the exercise, please do not forget the brothers in Peru also in your requests.
I ask for the Great Invocation and Divine Invocation for times of disasters so that you can connect your requests with the Divinity, if you only wish to send light and love to all the beings that inhabit the affected areas. (The Great Invocation is on the Portal for those who need it).

“Where ONE is EVERYTHING”
REFLECTIONS ON HAIT
When the Universe wants humanity to focus its attention globally on an area, it always creates massive circumstances that force it. Haiti has not been the exception. The whole world keeps its attention there and so it will remain for a while forcing us to reflect and return our gaze to the areas that need to be attended massively and individually.
Through suffering and pain we are being forced to create necessary changes that have not been made through other forms. Haiti collapses and with it an existence of slavery, poverty, pain, fear, lack and an outdated system collapses. It is energetically released. There are physically the actions to take.
The reality of Haiti is not isolated to the other areas of the world. We are not far from or exempt from a similar catastrophe. In spiritual terms, Haiti reflects us a lot from our shadow as well. Haiti has always been the representation of poverty, lack, the most basic fear of survival, among other things.
We too are still slaves. Tied for money, prey to our own desires. Enslaved to works that take us nowhere to fulfill superficial material desires that bind us further and do not satisfy the deepest needs of the soul. Enslaved to an economic, political, religious and social system that does not accept change, enslaved by our cravings for wealth and power seen from a limited and superficial perspective. We live based on fear, fear of not having, fear of being over, fear of not surviving. We keep in our ancestral and collective memories basic fears that NO LONGER BELONG TO OUR CURRENT REALITY and that it is necessary, let go now but that we not only sustain in ourselves, but also feed them day by day.
It is impossible to remain indifferent to pain and stop mobilizing through the suffering that Haiti represents.
We can give our help to Haiti at all levels DO IT AT ALL LEVELS.
At the physical level
Make the relevant donations you can make. By now you will have concrete data of places to do it.
Energy level
I propose a ritual to keep the Light indefinitely. They keep a white candle lit by Haiti. Prepare your candle before lighting it to charge it with energy and consecrate it for this purpose as follows:
Rub your hands (to open your energy channels).
Hold the candle in your hands, while you do it visualize light for Haiti, liberation from pain and suffering, love for each of the people, imagine a free Haiti, in love and happiness. Visualize and feel. Imagine colors like violet, pink or white covering Haiti. Every image and feeling is an energetic impression that you are making. If you can extend this energy to go further and visualize the entire planet in this way, much better, the whole world needs it! In this way, this frequency has been printed and when ignited, this energy will be released through its flame mobilizing the energy for its realization.
Keep it on for at least 15 minutes daily.
While it is on you can say a prayer. I suggest The Great Invocation but if you have another one in hand, choose the one that is best for you.
Do not blow out the candle by blowing them, always use a candle extinguisher.
You can keep this ritual the days you want. The global chaos we are experiencing requires a lot of people, a lot of energy and time to polarize it. You decide the time.
On a spiritual level
Although each catastrophe responds to a certain concentration of energy in the place where it manifests itself, we cannot be left out of the responsibility that each and every one has in it. We heal through what our environment reflects and by healing, we heal our environment as well. Heal yourself through the mirror of Haiti. What does it reflect about you or your country? Dissolve in you the levels of lack you have. Dissolve existing levels of slavery in you, free yourself from your own chains and the limitations of desires based on pure materialism and your fear of not having. Free yourself from the different faces of fear, they are no longer necessary, you can take charge of your life with responsibility. Bringing your attention to these areas, recognizing and accepting them opens the door to change.
