A Simple Exercise Can Save Your Life

  • 2010

It is often true and uncomfortable that we are sick because we choose to be sick although this fact may not be obvious or easily admitted. Moreover, despite the fact that a person can begin to be aware of the causes and their possible cures, he is not willing, due to lack of will, in many cases to do what benefits him because, as we will see next, he regains his balance and health. It does not always depend on economic factors. It's free.

The exercise that we explain below is called Positive Visualization and comes from the book the Art of Chi-Kun, in addition to my personal experience and that of my friends who have managed to recover from serious injuries by putting this exercise into operation. “It is so incredibly simple that many people can doubt that it is so affective. In fact, I have not only seen it work wonders, but I can also explain its operation scientifically.

Practice the exercise in a quiet and pleasant place without distractions. Sit in the classic posture, meditation, with your legs crossed, or standing up in a chair, or reclining in an armchair or even on the bed or sofa. Close your eyes, and relax deeply. Next, visualize your diseased part. Literally force her to recover but with kindness. For as long as possible, hold in your imagination the image of the recovery process of that part (and after that part already heals). Do it gently and kindly. When you lose the image, rest your mind for a short time, always with your eyes closed. Then repeat the process. Practice the entire exercise for five minutes at least twice a day and for three to eight months.

This process seems silly if we continue to cling to the idea that man is a machine and disease is a disorder of machine parts. But if we consider it according to world opinion derived from the latest discoveries of modern (quantum) science, then it is both logical and natural. Since the principle of complementarity of Bohr and the principle of uncertainty (or indeterminacy) of Hesinberg, scientists have accepted the fact that in the subathemic plane the mind directly affects matter.

The ancient masters of many great civilizations have known this truth for centuries. On the subathemic and unconscious planes, our bodies heal and regenerate constantly. Everything that is worn out by the use inside our body, which we do not realize, is constantly repaired naturally. Scientists have discovered that all cells are continually being renewed at different speeds, but that in seven months they have been completely renewed. That is, the body we have now is very different from the one we had seven months ago.

When the speed of self-healing and self-regulation is not consistent with the speed of damage and injury, then the disease emerges. In the exercise of POSITIVE VISUALIZATION, we increase our capacity for self-healing and self-regulation. We also use the mind, when we have the image of the recovery process, to direct our cells so that they are designed in the way we are.
