New schedules in our activities:
Tai chi xin yi on Tuesdays and Thursdays, groups from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. On Friday 18 and Friday 25 there will be a free talk in the morning, from 12 to 13 h. to inform what tai chi is and its benefits (you have to sign up previously).
Yoga, in addition to Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 PM : 00 h. and from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
New Courses:
On Friday 25 the Naturopathy and Nutrition course begins, free, which will be taught from 10 to 12 h every 15 days (must be previously registered), we attach the information along with the rest of the courses that will begin in these next 15 days (Reiki, Reflexology and Personal Growth Workshops).

- Meditation - every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
- Reiki (sign up previously), complete September 4 and 18, next dates: October 2 in the morning, October 16 and 30 morning or afternoon.
