The Ascension is an integral process of raising consciousness, opening the cells and the heart towards the sacred and infinite song of all that is.
To ascend is to allow the layers and scabs of the ancestral wounds to dissolve tenderly in the Love that filters through the heart in connection with the Earth and all existence.
The ascent reaches us through the rays of the Sun, through the waters of the Planet, through oxygen and through everything we are.
To ascend is to stop clinging to the known, to the old, to attachments and fears. Because yes, we have held on for a long time to everything that hurts us and keeps us emotionally and spiritually dependent.
To ascend is to throw yourself into the void without fear. It is to remember that certainly, there is no emptiness because all that exists is Love.
To ascend is to allow the physical and the spiritual to be founded as one . It is to allow our cells to nourish themselves in the infinite Light of the Universe and in turn, be filled with compassion from the Mother. That Cosmic Mother that is embodied in every cell of our body and in every corner of the Universe.
To ascend is to remember that first of all we are UNITY. It is to allow the voice of our Heart to surface. The Ascension is here and now, it is not at any particular date or at some majestic moment in which all the Planet conjugate and align. We, like the Planets, are on the move, we synchronize and align all the time with the Solar Galactic Center, there are no dates, no times, no more structures. The ascension is to REMEMBER and in that memory LOVE.
We are all ascending here and now!
