Interview with lama Tulku Lobsang (The Tibet doctor) Lama Tulku Lobsang: “When someone laughs, he opens his heart”

  • 2014

Since in the previous article I talked to you about the importance of positive aptitude in dealing with any disease regardless of its origin and circumstances, I wanted to share this article with all of you, so you can see that most of the diseases are created by ourselves, we believe that taking a pill will solve a problem for us, when it will cover us for a while and then again create conflicts again. Are we aware of this? Do we let ourselves be influenced by others? Does this Society handle us as if we were puppets? Who is responsible for each disease, us or our mind? We have forgotten how anti-water civilizations cured of any pain or suffering through natural medicine, that of a lifetime.

The venerable Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a highly appreciated Buddhist teacher. He bases his teachings on the ancient tantric knowledge that has been the basis for Tibetan Buddhism. He also works with medicine, astrology and many popular healing techniques. Tulku Lobsang was born in 1976 in a family of farmers in the Himalayas, where he spent his childhood in nature under his mother's attention, always surprising her with his games. At six, Tulku Lobsang entered the Monastery, the local Buddhist monastic school. At eleven he was sent to the Nangzi Bön Monastery, which today is the largest Bön monastery in Tibet. Tulku Lobsang received from his uncle his first experiences with the Dzogchen secret teachings and the Bön rituals. The Master was abbot of the monastery and is today the personal master of the highest esteem, in Amdo. The oracle said that Lobsang had not come to stay in the Sowa Monastery and sit on the throne as was the tradition, but would travel the world teaching and helping others and, in doing so, providing the best help for the Sowa Monastery and the surrounding town, since he was the reincarnation of the WORD of Tulku Nientse. While in the Bön Monastery they were notified by the oracle that the eighth reincarnation of Master Tulku Nyentse had been identified in one of his Lamas. The monks doubted that the oracle would point to this almost wild young man, but the oracle confirmed that Lobsang was undoubtedly the true incarnation of the Dalai Nyentse, who on this eighth occasion, would embody his BODY, his WORD and his MIND in three different people.

When a patient comes to your office, how do you find out what his illness is? Watching how he moves, his posture, the way he looks. No need to talk to me or explain what happens to him. An experienced Tibetan medical doctor, only with the patient approaching him about 10 meters, can know what ailment he suffers.

But do you also hear the pulses? So I get the information I need from the patient's health. With the reading of the rhythm of the pulses, 95% of the diseases can be diagnosed, even psychological. The information they give is rigorous like that of a computer. But reading them requires a lot of experience.

And then how does it heal? With the hands, the look, and with preparations of plants and minerals.

Well, forgive mine, but what do you understand by ignorance? Not knowing you don't know. Do not see clearly. When you see with clarity, you do not have to think. When you do not see clearly, you get in progress the thought. And the more we think, the more ignorant we are and the more confusion we create.

How can I be the least? I will give you a very simple method: practicing compassion. It is the easiest way to reduce your thoughts. And love. If you want a real person, that is, if you don't want it just for yourself, increase your compassion.

What problems do you see in the West? The fear. Fear is the murderer of the human heart.

According to Tibetan medicine, what is the origin of the diseases?

Our ignorance

Why? How to face fear? Because with fear it is impossible to be happy, and make others happy. With acceptance Fear is resistance to unknown.

And as a doctor, where in the body do you see more problems? In the column, in the lower part of the column: you feel too much time in the same position. Vitally, you have too much rigidity.

Do we have many problems? We believe that we have many problems, but in reality our problem is that we do not have them.

What does it mean? That we have become accustomed to a level of basic needs covered, so that any small inconvenience seems to us a problem. Then, we activate the mind and begin to turn it around and around without solving it.

Any recommendations? If the problem has a solution, it is no longer a problem. If not, either.

And for the stress? To avoid it, it is best to be crazy. It's a joke. Well, not so kidding. I mean being or looking normal on the outside, and on the inside being crazy: it's the best way to live.

What relationship do you have with your mind? I am a normal person, that is, I often think. But I have trained my mind. That means I don't get caught up in my thoughts. They come, but by letting them pass, they do not affect my mind or my heart.
You laugh often. When someone laughs, he opens his heart to us. If you don't open your heart, it's impossible to have a sense of humor. When we laugh, everything is clear. It is the most powerful language: it connects us with one another directly.

He has also just published a CD of mantras with an electronic base, for the western public. Music, mantras and body energy are the same. Like laughter, music is a great channel to connect with each other. Through it, we can open up and transform ourselves: that's how we use it in our tradition.

What would you like to be when you grow up? And nothing else?
I would like to be prepared for death. The rest does not matter. Death is the most important thing in life. I think I'm ready. But before death, we must take care of life. Every moment is unique. If we make sense of our life, we will reach death with inner peace.
Here we live with our backs to death. Keep death a secret. Until a day in your life will come when it will no longer be a secret, you cannot ignore it
And life, what's the point? Life makes sense, and no. It depends on who you are. If you really live your life, then life makes sense. We all have life, but not everyone lives it. We all have the right to be happy, but we have to exercise that right.

Otherwise, life is meaningless.

After this reflection, allow me to do another on a personal level, love can do everything, we are unlimited, creative beings and we are very evolved from the rest of other life forms on this planet, if there is a will to change anything or overcome any disease, it is only necessary to open and flow with existence, not to close ourselves in false ideas, damages or insecurities, which condition our life, due to the uninterrupted flow of thoughts, let us open our hearts more, invoke the God who created us and above all We would laugh now more than ever, because this has to change, awakening a new consciousness filled with bliss, light and love, so that all beings wake up from the dream in which they live called Maya, re-merging with the absolute and loving us. each other. Peace and love, for a better world, I deeply love you and thank you for letting me share everything in my heart.
