Has the New Year Started?
The beginning of 2011 has been about releasing the old ( s, still!). Many of us have been telling adi s to people, places, things that were ready to leave (whether we felt that way or not) and parts of ourselves that They no longer serve us. The planet received some transmissions of seismic energy and dealing with this and the adioses may have been quite tiring. The first weeks of 2011 were not `` animated ''.
But things are starting to move forward again. I think the Chinese have the right time for the New Year; It really doesn't start in January. You should feel that things are starting to move forward again, like the flow is back and that your body feels more energetic (or at least ready to deal with the changes - more on this later -.)
As we release things, especially those things by which we have defined ourselves, the question is, "Who am I without it?" We begin this life, like all others, with a life plan. This plan took us to the point of making the choice to move forward with The Transformation. Now that we have made that choice (I know the transition is still irregular, but we are definitely on the right track) there is no more plan. So now we have to choose who we are going to be and what we are going to do to participate in the Terrestrial Game from this moment.
You are the Selector
Since you no longer have to follow the plan you created before you were born, you get to create something new. The original plan was a joint effort of your Supersoul or Greater Self, your soul and the souls of all the important players in your life. Once you enter a human body, those plans don't always seem like a great idea! Now, your human self comes to participate in the plan. Because of all the work you have done, especially in yourself; because you have cleared so many limiting belief systems and the emotional burden that comes with all that; because you are so connected now with your Greater Self; you, the human, can express his opinion in what you believe. At last!
Now is the time, since this New Year is set in motion again to make elections. (See the Process of Connecting with your Future Self below.)
2011 is a "Year 4" Universal. This means that it is a good year to establish your foundation, to create a stable base or platform from which to create your new reality. And perhaps it is not perfect that 2011 is the year before 2012 - the year we have all been waiting for! After all this time, it's almost here!
It's time to take action. Energy 4 is not mental, it is physical. Do something, don't just think about it or take notes. It doesn't have to be right or perfect. Think of the foundation of a house. It is not pretty or colorful and does not look like the final product, but it has to be mostly in the right place, knowing there is plenty of room for adjustments as you continue building.
Connecting with Your Future Self
The best way to start is by entering “the Wave” and clearing any energy that is not yours using the Golden Mesh. My Meditation Using the Golden Mesh (in English) is available on my website.
Then imagine that you have already succeeded in manifesting whatever you want to create. This could be to create a relationship, work New Energy, a healthy and happy body or whatever you want. Don't focus on the details; You don't have to know where, when or how. Instead, focus on how you feel. You've done it! Enjoy it. Delight yourself in it! You have created this. It's out there in the timeline. Now you just have to travel through time until you get there (then).
Take this feeling / energy and blow it out with each breath. Imagine that wave of satisfaction and joy getting bigger and bigger. This is your message for the Universe. “This is what I have chosen to create!” This wave of sensation / energy will attract people and things that match their frequency. This is how “coincidences” are created in your life. Watch for signs and opportunities in your path - and act accordingly.
Feel who you are in that future time. I bet you feel more confident, less doubtful. Doubt is the opposite of trust. Trust is a manifestation of love for oneself. The transformation process we are experiencing is about remembering our inherent and worthy kindness. I guarantee you will be feeling more of this as you continue on this path, perhaps not at every moment, but in general.
Like this person who you are in this moment of the future, what kind of things do you do? When you wake up in the morning, how do you feel about your day ahead? What kind of actions or activities fill your day? How are you different from now? Start doing those things now. Intentionally create the feelings you have in this future time and act accordingly. It doesn't have to be great things, and it probably won't be great things at first. Remember that you are building a foundation, so don't worry about the details.
This process could bring up old things, usually with some "negative" emotions such as fear, anger, doubt, hopelessness and shame. Do not repress these feelings. Instead, talk to that part of you that feels that way. Let him / her express emotions and talk about the thoughts and beliefs that go with it. These things are simply part of the old reality and the rules of the Terrestrial Game and are out. Hurrah!
