From Depth to Life

In these last months many people have really been feeling the golpes of change in their lives. I am sure that we are all in some measure perceiving a seizure of some kind as well. Recently we had a red blood moon, two eclipses and many large solar flares to consider. There is no doubt about it, life is simply not the same, it never will be again.

Being a Healer / Reader of vibrational energy all my life, I would love to add a few healthy tips for everyone to consider since these changes are only increasing. Especially until the end of the year.

The changes we are experiencing are about raising the recognition of our personal power. Both as individuals and as a collective whole we are becoming new beings every day. Therefore, we must realize that as we move forward in life, this suggests that we change our thinking as to how we have always been. The decisions we make may no longer feel like something. that we would have done a year ago and may be completely in a new phase of change on the road less traveled. The best suggestion: go for it. We really can't keep up with something that our hearts don't feel.

  1. 2. As easily as diseases appear, they can also leave. The energy is actually clearer and much more productive on our planet now. This is because we are downloading through many means what the Universe has to give us and also has reserved for us. In a higher consciousness there is no such thing. It is what I call the concept of As it is Above, it is Below . It is not that we can only make a disease disappear but that we CAN make a thought disappear. These destructive thoughts can cause a destructive action in the body. In addition, if you are working too hard, I greatly perceive that we have to recognize the balance at rest as much as at work.


I taught a workshop called Mecnica de la Energà a, The Science of Healing. In the last class I had a student lying face down on a stretcher. While the other students watched, he showed a healing in front of his eyes. It was just a mere acknowledgment that the student's right hip was higher than the left. It was obvious to the group that this student was a bit out of balance. So I put my left hand on the student's sacrum and immediately perceived a "lack of finding time for herself." The hip was higher on the right side (giving) may indicate "putting out too much" and not having enough support. So I removed my hand and gave the student on the stretcher a short guided meditation that included a cup of tea and a quiet room without interruptions. I had her participate in reading a good book by a fireplace where she was using a cozy cozy blanket on a cold night. This guided meditation was all she needed to find herself relaxed. While the other students witnessed this, they could visibly see that the hip was in place without anyone touching it. The young woman could feel her hip remitting away from her tailbone and relaxing back to where she should be.


Suggestion: Find comfort every day by going inside even for a few minutes and remembering that you are in charge. Because we are the placebo "building our lives" at every moment ... just think about all the wonderful things we can teach ourselves!

  1. Next, this is the biggest and best of all ... the search for truth in connection, not attachment. When I teach this, most people don't understand it at first. If you realize that we get attached to other people when deciding how to interact with them, let's see that this is really an old matter of childhood survival. Anger can arise from the sensation of pain ... from feeling betrayed and heaven helps us if a partner / partner leaves us. We remain unconsciously trapped in the realms and fears of not being loved, understood, judged, or accepted. People who have had abandonment problems have difficulties with this and yet, taking the time to realize that we are the ones who mostly judge ourselves and that alone we are going to help in releasing the fear of themselves. we are or not "good enough."

It is time to change things. For years, we have been taught that we are selfish if we put ourselves first. It is true if only all this is for personal gain, however in the world of self-esteem we must be the first. If we do not, it is like having debt in our bank account and we are living in deficit. We talked about a poor place to be ... This is what Self-Emponderamiento is about. It is knowing and having the courage to say NO, to rest instead of running ragged, to learn to trust that the world will not collapse if you take a day off here and there ... because in the way things are going today in day; You could collapse if you don't!

  1. Love the person you are becoming. You contribute more to life than you can imagine. They may feel like they are going crazy sometimes but the truth is that they do not fall apart, we are falling into our place. We are becoming better people as the Universe continues to speak to us. Unconsciously and consciously we are acting and reacting differently for a reason. We are creating a new world and we are in the process of being conscious contractors. The less we judge ourselves, the less we will judge the world and the clearer we will be to resist and have more energy. Be patient. Look forward, not back. Anxiety starts from nervousness and not from feeling like they can change the past, present or future. Depression can come from fear of the future. Either way, do your best to live in the moment and enjoy as much as you can. Remembering Joan Rivers and one of my favorite phrases she said: "Keep calm and remember that everything is fun!"
