Regards. We are the Arcturian Council . We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have met many of you while you sleep. Their bodies are asleep, but their conscience never rests. They leave their bodies at night, and live many different adventures, including those that involve us. We collect information from those who come to visit us, and use that information to help us formulate our next transmission.
We need to know what they need to know, but more importantly, we need to know how they feel as they move through the challenges of being physical and in the fourth dimension on planet Earth at this time. We are aware of the challenges, but we can not feel what you feel . Many of you are telling us, and then we transmit energy through this channel, and other channels, to do what we can to help .
We need to know what they need to help them.
You are receiving the energy transmissions as much as you are receiving the words that are channeled. We will continue to co-create with those of you who recognize and recognize us, and we will invite you to listen with your energy bodies. We want them to receive the fullness of the transmission. We understand that it is faster for some of you to read what we are transmitting, and still receive part of the energy transmission when they do.
But when they listen to our transmissions, they get the fullness of the energy transmission, the fullness of what we are offering. We are working with you on many different levels of your being, and your mind is perhaps the most superficial level. So while we enjoy having your attention, what we really want to do is help you vibrate in the frequency that will create the reality you want to experience.

Regards. We are the Arcturian Council . We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We tend to see the good side of a situation, because we are in a frequency range where the thoughts that come to us are also on the same high frequency . Therefore, we are not choosing to see the positive side. The positive side is just a coincidence with our general vibration .
If you want to change your experience of something, you can change your thoughts about it. But for us, this is doing things the other way around, and it is generally the hardest way to do it. They will often find themselves lying to themselves to try to see the situation differently.
Now, of course, there is a benefit in looking for the positive in a situation. But first, they often have to go through the negative to get there. You have to be honest with yourself. They have to be genuine and authentic if they are ever going to get to the truth of who they are. The truth of who they are will never lie to themselves . Therefore, we recommend that you get carried away by the thoughts and feelings that arise when you have a messy or unwanted situation in your life.
The positive side is just a coincidence with our general vibration.
Do it, because they are the way to release what you need to release . They are the path to the center of calm that you are looking for within yourself. And when they find the center of calm, they will essentially be finding us, and others like us.
You will be finding the part of the high frequency of yourselves that never renounces, and when you find that truth, that unconditional love, that Source of Energy within you, is when you will only have access On the good side. That is when the thoughts that occur to them will be the highest vibratory thoughts, and will not come because they have been forced to put themselves in their place with the power of positive thinking . They will come because they are a vibrational combination with the real power that exists within you the power of the Source .

3 . Timeline for Full Contact: Message from the Arcturian Council of the Ninth Dimension
Regards. We are the Arcturian Council . We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have begun to explore the timelines that will lead to open contact with aliens for humanity. We know that most of you realize that contact has been made, and some of you even acknowledge that aliens and hybrids walk among you. But you all want to know when it will be accepted by all humanity that there are aliens, and you want to know when it will be possible to have contact with aliens whenever you want to have that contact.
We have been exploring the different probabilities of humanity arriving at that day and at that time, and what we can see is that the decision has nothing to do with their governments . It has nothing to do with the military, and has nothing to do with secret space programs. The only determinant has to do with how integrated you are all as individuals . In other words, here is a much broader picture than simple open contact.
You have to consider the change of consciousness, and you will not be given any experience for which you are not ready, including contact with the E.Ts. So when you want more contact, don't look out, and don't blame any government agency for keeping everyone in the dark.
Your preparation for contact with ET is in your hands. The more you process the fears you have, and let the judgments go, the closer you get to the integrated version of yourself that can handle full and open contact .
