Suzi : You talked about "what follows is the acceptance of his spiritual body in full form." Would you say more about that because it's so exciting?

El Morya : It's acceptance. It is the hug. You have grown in your understanding that this "ascension" - what you have called ascension, what Mi-ka-he calls ascension, what Mother and Yeshua and all my cohorts call ascension - I would call "full spiritual awareness."

It is the fullness of who you are. And it is the expansion. Mother / Father / One is in the fullness of your spiritual consciousness.

And that is what you, my dear friends, my sacred students, are doing now because it is not about leaving - and you understand it completely now. But it is not even about you as an individual and unique expression that Mother / Father / One is in the fullness of your spiritual consciousness.

It is the manifestation in the form of the fullness of his spirit, of the truth, of the design, of the expression of who they are in the external reality that is Nova Tierra and Nova Ser.

They are cheerful communities. They are families that are kind and caring and supportive, and sacred associations that are creative and supportive. And it is the communities that choose not to give up or abuse, even to heal.

You feel the warmth of the moments of unity and community.

I'm talking about the movement that goes beyond healing - oh, healing will happen here and there; There is a tendency sometimes to hurt each other either physically because you fall and hurt your knees, or emotionally because you feel that someone looked at you in the wrong way - but usually, beyond healing.

And this is where it tends to fall, and what you are saying is: "How will it look?" Because you don't have the experience of it. You have the vision but you don't have the experience.

They have warm and fuzzy and tender feelings of those moments or occasions when they have felt that sense of unity and community. And that is why we have often encouraged them - and certainly the Council of Love has encouraged them to meet and gather because it gave them that sense of what lies ahead, what it looks like and what is. n creating.

There is a network of friends around the world.

And that is what you are doing, you just do it in a way that is often not seen. And what I mean by that is, for example, that they are creating a worldwide web community. Now they can't really see it because they are all these electronic exchanges, but they know they have friends in all countries of the world .

That's why we do these radio shows with you, not because they see your listeners, but because they are sharing and we are sharing this energy of what the community really feels and the kind of conversations they can really have

You can live your life not so quiet and thus have the tranquility within you.

Suzi : That is beautiful. I love that aspect, really. We can live our little quiet lives and still have access to the whole world. Is beautiful.

El Morya : And they can live their lives not so quiet and thus have peace of mind inside.

Suzi : This is true. That is difficult to practice.

El Morya : Yes, it is. And that is what I ask you when I say: Please, embrace aggression and abuse. Because some are manifesting it, and others simply have it in their hearts, many of these abusers remain silent, and have not reached the point of acting. Suzi : Yes. I have this vision of layers of perception, and the clearer your perception is, the easier the thing becomes because you realize that it is much easier to trust the Plan and see everything more clearly as an experience in instead of getting bogged down in survival.

El Morya : In fact, the development is effortless . And I know there are some of you I talk to tonight who feel they don't want to love this or that political leader, or this or that rapist. And yet, what I ask of you - knowing very well that you have the spiritual consciousness to do it - is that you embrace so that you begin to melt your "effortlessly".

It's like going down a slide.

It doesn't need to be a big push. It is simply the flow . They are going down the slide laughing and laughing like a three year old boy! And it doesn't matter if there is a mud puddle at the bottom of the slide. In fact, you enjoy it even more! And that is the way to see it. It does not need to be arduous or heavy.

If you ran into someone at the grocery store who was disabled or weakened and had trouble carrying your bag, you would say: "Let me help you, " and you would carry your bag. You wouldn't steal the food. You would simply carry your bag and put it in the trunk of your car, returning it to you.

But what you have given them in the meantime is love, consideration, kindness, kindness, meekness and changed their entire perspective for the day . Well, we are talking about changing your perspective forever.

And you, my dear friends, have spiritual awareness. They have gone far enough along this path to be able to do so.

Accept your power. Accept your love

And there are people who write that seems addicted to worry about things and doubt things and fill up with "what will happen if ..." . And I understand that if you let those things go, there is nothing to replace them with. But of course there is because there are so many good things happening with which to replace it. It is a choice.

El Morya : It's a choice and it's a question - a choice of where you want to put your attention. Do you choose to worry, knowing that there are so many things that can worry you? Or do you choose to know the power and power, not only of who you are, but also of who you are as a collective community of bearers of love?

Do not deny your power. Do not deny your right to change the world. It's your right!
