Work success depends on your attitude from day to day

There are work stereotypes that it is better to modify to achieve success and make our performance more efficient.

Many of us believe that work activities are always subject to the dominance and style of the chief business leaders. But today's societies have discovered that submission and apathy in the face of challenges does not help us generate quality work .

Although we usually always have a boss, our performance should not be limited to your directions. If we adopt positive attitudes and are aware that our work is as valuable as anyone else's, we will have access to work success.

Detection and proactivity

Detecting a problem is not enough.

Assume yourself as part of a work team, talk about our commitment to the company and its performance. And that speaks well to our bosses about our attitude, generating an image of unity.

Honesty and own initiative

Recognizing our limitations, without pretense of false knowledge, is honesty.

It has happened to all of us that the boss tells us or questions about an issue we are not aware of. The right thing is to recognize frankly that we don't have that information. That way, we will be demonstrating without false pretenses that we do not know everything .

In addition to this, there is the attitude of having the initiative to learn or investigate about what we did not know how to answer. For example, if your boss asks you for your opinion about the most recent book by a famous economist, and you don't even know it, just accept it. But also take time to find out a little about the author's biography, read the book your boss mentioned and one or two more books by the same economist.

The next time the opportunity presents itself, your boss will be pleased that you did not settle for ignoring the issue, and that instead you took the time to look for that information and even expanded it.
