What is the Excursion I workshop?
All Hemi-Sync® workshops are absolutely practical workshops. They take place on the weekend, during Saturday and part of Sunday. The objective is that attendees have their own experiences of different and deep states of consciousness, and that they learn useful tools to use this technology in their homes once the workshop is over.
Specifically, the Excursion I workshop includes sessions to experience the states of consciousness called Approach 10 and Approach 12:
