"You are me, and I am you."

- Ancient Maya phrase

The Mayan Seals are one of the greatest legacies that this culture has left us. The Mayan culture was one of the largest and most complex that have existed on this planet since the beginning of time. Astronomers and of great fascination with time, its Tzolkin system (path of days) consisted of a cycle of 260 days. Twenty thirteen, to be exact, each of which corresponds to one of the different Mayan seals . This cycle began on July 26, and closed on July 24 of the following year. Thus, July 25 is the day that is out of time . Which was a great moment for creativity, art and magic.

They said that during birth, the energy that we will display throughout our lives is condensed, and that each person will be marked by that vibrational energy, represented with the Mayan seal that corresponds to the period of their arrival in the world.

This energy will be what characterizes us throughout our lives.

These Mayan stamps are, in that way, another tool that helps us to know and know others in depth. And they give meaning to our day to day. Thus, our role in history is engraved in our being from the moment we come into the world, and it will be up to us to move towards it or err the path.

Main elements in the Mayan Seals

We will see in Tzolkin that there are three elements that influence the personality that will be pointed out. These elements are the Race or the color, the Tones and the twenty Gods, who are really represented in the Mayan seals.

The Races are four, and are related to the cardinal points, East, North, West and South. They will be in turn represented in the Tzolkin with four colors: Red, White, Blue and Yellow.

The Tones are thirteen, one for each lunar cycle. It is necessary to understand that the calendar of the Mayan seals is made up of weeks of seven days, and “ months ” of twenty-eight, which is what lasts each lunar cycle. If we multiply twenty-eight days by the thirteen cycles, it gives us the year of 364 days plus a day that is the day out of time. The Moon symbolizes the feminine energy in the Tzolkin, and the Sun the masculine one.

The twenty Gods are represented by the symbols of the Mayan seals . Each of them will determine the characteristics that energy possesses in its influence by the position in which the Sun is that kin or day.

We are going to delve a little into each of these elements.
