This glossary and condensed version of some of our most important missives will assist you to more easily understand and integrate the wise teachings that are so important to the ascension process you are currently experiencing. Make no mistake, every soul on your planet is being affected by the rapid acceleration of the higher vibrational frequencies of the light of God, which are at this time bombing the earth. They must be willing to do the job if they are going to move forward in the spiral of evolution and ascension, because those refined energy patterns of adamantine particles of light will accelerate even faster during the next critical years of transformation. Also, those of you who are star seeds, must be able to demonstrate the benefits and effectiveness of the teachings of sacred wisdom that have integrated and made part of your "soul truth." You have agreed to be the counters of the way., and are urgently needed to guide and help their soul brothers and sisters.
Parts of the glossary are excerpts from our messages from the past; however, much of the information has been collected from the "memory banks" within the sacred mind of our beloved messenger. They will discover that when they learn to connect with their own sacred mind, they will gain the ability to bring much wisdom from the past, and also retain any current teaching more easily. They will also find, that by raising and refining their frequency patterns, they have gained the ability to access this information faster. Your sacred mind contains advanced levels of consciousness and also the ability to easily retain and remember information.

GLOSSARY AND EXPLANATIONS.
"THIRD AND FOURTH DIMENSION" : Since humanity fell into consciousness thousands of years ago, the earth and its physical environment have been composed of third and fourth dimensional components. The third dimension consists of length, breadth and depth of space. The living beings of this dimension are the most evolved animal kingdom (group consciousness) and human beings, which have individualized the soul consciousness.
"In the Fourth dimension, a conscious awareness of the moment" NOW "is added to the length, breadth and depth of space. The fourth dimension is the realm of "emotions" and the astral plane. Since it is the beginning of the stage of higher frequency patterns, time is more fluid and the laws of time and space begin to change. Sometimes it is called as the Ethereal Kingdom. We must pass through belief structures of mass consciousness, which is mostly composed of a conglomeration of fourth and third dimensional inharmonic vibrations. It is our responsibility to clarify or neutralize our discordant vibratory frequencies in order to cross the seven sub-levels of the fourth dimension environment and connect to an awareness of our “I AM” within the environment of the fifth dimension ”
“DIMENSIONS, UNIVERSAL: Our universe is composed of light, sound and color, also of different levels of density. Everything within the universe has resonance or is composed of vibratory frequency patterns. The unity of consciousness begins in the fifth dimension, where the illusions of the third and fourth dimensions begin to dissipate. The fifth dimension is the true beginning of the ascension process. You begin to prepare for ascension within the vibratory patterns of the upper part of the third dimension as you fight to return to balance and harmony within the physical, mental, emotional and ethereal bodies.
The higher frequencies and dimensions, those of the upper part of the fifth, the sixth dimension and above, gradually become more ethereal, subtle and crystalline. There is form; however, when moving inside the upper part of the sixth dimension and above, the shape gradually becomes thinner, often translucent and sometimes fluid. The dimensions of this universe are arranged according to their vibratory frequencies, which means that the higher dimensions resonate at the higher refined frequencies, and the lower and denser dimensions resonate at slower vibratory patterns. Each dimension is controlled by specific universal laws and principles to which one must adhere while resonating within the frequencies of that dimension.
“There is no firm demarcation between the dimensions, because they flow and reflux in a wave pattern and penetrate each other to a certain degree. Much of humanity is now resonating at the frequencies of the upper part of the third dimension, while connecting within and integrating various levels of the fourth dimension and even small amounts of frequency patterns from the lower sub-levels of the fifth dimension. Some advanced souls are integrating small amounts of frequency patterns of the sixth dimension (and even higher) through the cities of light. We have access only to the substance of the primordial force of life, or to a medium spectrum of light as we resonate within the environment of the third and fourth dimensions. We must clarify 51% of our negative frequency patterns to tune our energy signature to at least a portion of the lower sub-levels of the fifth dimension in order to receive the adamantine particles of the creator's light, which they are an integral part of the total Metatr nica light spectrum.

However, their higher self will also try to speak to them through their dreams in order to help them understand what is happening, and give them examples of what must be done to move through the negative environment of the bottom of the fourth dimension.
The fourth dimension is often described as a kingdom which is to go through as fast as possible. However, there are beneficial aspects within the fourth dimension as there are at all levels of Creation. It is as if they were existing in a semi-awake state while they are experiencing the full spectrum of duality within the third dimension. Gradually they begin to wake up while they begin to clarify the distortions of the lower part of the fourth dimension, so that they can gain access to the gifts of the Spirit that are available in the upper sub-levels of that dimension. If you are actively seeking to balance and harmonize your energy firm, you will gain access to your Sacred Heart and the portal to your Sacred Mind will open. They will connect with their superior creative abilities and will often be pushed to develop some of their latent talents. You will begin to feel the "Oneness of Being", which is the principle of the "Oneness of All That Is"
We have explained how they should have the ability to access the light frequencies of the middle part of the fourth dimension and the bottom of the fifth dimension in order to access the total Metatronic light spectrum, which is the Energy of Creation from the Cities of Light This is where the transforming properties of the Violet Flame assume even a more important part in the ascension process.
We have explained how there were gigantic sentinel crystals placed in strategic places around the Earth. There were labyrinths, passageways and crystalline caverns through the body of the Earth. The vibrational patterns of the Violet Flame are the only ones that are accessible from above, through the Crown chakra, and sacred breathing techniques, also from within the Earth. Imagine this beautiful glowing flame from below your feet, surrounding your body while transmuting any of the jarring vibratory frequencies you may have around you, before radiating this Sacred Flame out into the world in increasingly larger concentric circles.
This is why Violet Flames from within the Earth are so important to the transformation process. In order to help humanity and the Earth and to facilitate the ascension process, it is critical that the Violet Transformation Flame be available to transmute the discordant vibratory patterns while they are released. It is apparent that while the Creator's divine radiance increases in strength and resonance, a vast portion of humanity is moving deeper and deeper into fear, negativity and a feeling of invalidity.
As guardians of the Violet Flame, when they raise their consciousness, they gain the ability to integrate and transmit the adamantine particles of the Creator's light to an increasingly large extent within the world of form. They must become aware that it is important that the Violet Flame be available to transmute the jarring vibrating patterns that are agitated by light, so that the greatest number of souls can transition into the light of the New Age. Also, remember, that the Universal Law declares that the only two rays that you are allowed to radiate to another person are that of the Violet Flame and the Divine Pink Ray of Divine Love.
