Each one will experience them with different nuances, but what is decisive in this is the willingness to receive them and expose everything we keep in our “inner closet” to their light.
We are all identifying more clearly than ever our limiting patterns, which have been interwoven in our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, habits, comments and actions. We think, talk and we will not happen or stop happening this or that thing. I don't mean being cautious and acting with common sense. I mention our clear tendency to put ourselves in the limiting part of the matter and, in some cases, in the most critical situation.
Confrontation, anxiety, rush, anger, worry, stress, possessiveness, etc. they are attitudes of true limitation that reveal our illusion of maintaining or pretending to achieve something with the idea of not achieving it. Fear and limitation. Authentic state of lack that disguises a strong ego. Everything that is not to see and feel that Everything Is in the manifested and in the unmanifest, that Everything Is in the mantle of the Love of the Spirit that covers it and fills everything, does not adapt to this powerful new energy that envelops and penetrates the bodies
We are talking, thinking and acting, and we observe ourselves using the old tools and lack positions. This implies, for me, a moment like no other that leads us to let go and let it go freely, feeling the love of something so alive that we have used for so long, showing us at that moment its tenderness and love, and that I invite it to be from My heart or from everything I am.
It is true that although we have broken the barriers that fear imposed on us to experience some realities, the effect of the ego can be felt in the form of resistant tension in our solar plexus, but now that does not matter. It's wonderful anyway, don't you think? It is wonderful that it takes shape so that we can ALLOW and LOVE. I will be able to allow it and love it from a more conscious perception. I will be able to ALLOW and LOVE more.
Dear all, the key was always before, now and after, for any evolutionary state of souls, ALLOW and LOVE. When we are living in situations of total blockage in which things seem immovable, when we identify the internal resistance mechanism, when, living from the heart, we always attract some situation that asks us for more harmony and love, the key is to ALLOW and LOVE. This pure intention is the only thing that activates the harmonization, balance and integration of any scenario, although we do not enjoy understanding, logic or control over it.
Let everything that concerns the free will of others be and give your love. Send him your love. ALLOW AND LOVE. What you can not? Of course you can! They are simple conscious choices. What does not come out? No matter. You can make the compromised choice with yourself to ALLOW and LOVE, even if it seems to you that the stomach can leave you through the mouth of the tension that can generate you. In that case, I inform you that you are still in luck, because you can leave and allow that deep inner state of yours, which emerges, and, if you do not feel love and compassion from the heart, send your gratitude and your blessing with your thoughts, with your word, with your gesture, with your attitude, close your eyes, allow it and silently say a few words to the Eternal Father so that this state of Being is in you:

Congratulate yourself because you will be able to love parts of you that need you to appear on the physical plane to feel your blessing, gratitude and love. If we feel disconnected from our center, always think that, even if you do not feel it, giving thanks and blessing consciously is an attitude that magnifies us because it speaks of our knowledge to handle situations and, of course, the choices we are making to the time to conceive how our reality really manifests. Keep in mind that starting always costs everything, but once a locomotive is already running, it reaches much faster with less effort and consuming less fuel. Once we have done the most bulky cleaning, our sensitivity, perception and ease of dealing with everything will be much greater.
Look what bothers you, that bothers you, that does not finish assimilating your mind, that hurts you, that cancels you. As for the physical imbalances that I, personally, have been having, as I referred to them in one of my writings of last December, I have to say that both of the imbalances in my eyes and eyelids, as of the lack of mobility and body strength that I began to perceive last year, I find myself noticeably more recovered, given that these symptoms are being treated with medication, and sometimes strongly, by doctors and that I stopped taking it totally because I understood that my misalignment was going further and that, in addition, it lowered my energetic vibration which is precisely what I need to increase so that these are balanced.
I do not take medicines. I do my daily prayers and meditations, clarifying that from 7 pm. 30´, French and Spanish time (conversion to local time), I feel the energies with an intensity as I never felt them before, as Sri Aurobindo of the Melchizedek Council or the 24 Elders suggested in his message, and also clarified that As of January 17, it will be effective at 7 pm, French and Spanish time, according to the recent message of Archangel Mikael. I walk one hour a day, if possible in nature. I receive the sun's rays when it is in low positions (see videos about sungazing). I try to base my diet on fruits, vegetables and legumes because I also understood, or rather felt, that, above all, when I ate meat, contradictory sensations appeared in me and my energy vibration went down, as if it were shrinking. And, above all, I welcome with great pleasure the invaluable help of Carlos Jesus Michael and Fatima de Jesus, and, of course, my mother, my sister, my brother-in-law and Emilia, my partner. I also make special mention here, with all the gratitude and love of my being, to my father who, from higher dwellings, supports this great change and his family on Earth.
For the initiates who read this and do not understand what I am talking about, I am referring with all this that our body has the capacity for self-healing, that what we call `` sickness '' are states of mismatch between consciousness and matter, and that in this space-time framework, that we are living, even very strong karmic links, related to the physical state, are called to be resolved yes with our firm intention to take advantage of these exceptional energies of change that are granted at this point in the earth's evolution by our Creator Father. The origin of the ailment is housed, in most cases, in our mental and emotional bodies, by our thoughts and emotions, being reflected, finally, in the physical body. By healing this aspect from its roots, the physical imbalance is solved. If we deal with it only at the physical level, its origin prevails with the potentials that this entails.
I do not finish without indulging in reverence in Unity and Love to all incarnated souls that anchor and expand the Light of the Source on Earth and to all Star Beings involved in the Great Change and in the expected First Official Contact. Everything is and when it is for the Greater Good.
