We are right in the middle of two eclipses and we can feel that something important is changing. From March the frequencies (3D, 4D and 5D and beyond) will begin to separate. We are in the initial stages of that change. We are being shown, in an increasingly clear way, what you feel within each frequency, and we are asked to choose where we want to reside. We are being asked to decide how often we want to create our reality.
All things that will not remain at the highest frequencies are being shown to us if we simply take enough time to observe. Observation requires being present within oneself, and not allowing oneself to be trapped in the madness of the outside world. The ego could be stronger and stronger, as if it were asking not to be dissolved, but to be integrated with love into our being. There is a quality of this energy that is demanding us to be still and really listen to the inner thoughts and beliefs. Anything that does not match your soul, your true nature will manifest it.
Physically, many are being challenged. I have not experienced such intense physical symptoms since 2012 and I am feeling the need to move away from all the ways in which my energy is wasted. We are experiencing deep cellular changes that scale how much more we embody our soul (which completely changes us) and set aside all inner resistance. Our bodies need to close, in order to process, and when I asked why, I heard "To maintain homeostasis."
In other words we close during these updates, to maintain balance within our bodies. If we do not honor this need for rest, we could find ourselves quite sick. It is being used until the last reserve bit we have, in order to maintain balance within our mind, body and spirit.
