I am the Divine Mother. I come in the Name of love. Love yourself. From the Love that I am giving you now. Feed yourself with this Love and forbid the pain of rejection; This will be overcome, if you overcome the fear of rejection. You will have to walk freely among people with The Opening Divine Love within you, flowing through you, for the Blessing of the other.

YOU are the sons and daughters of my Heart and the souls that care for the Great Beings of the universe. YOU have come here to serve and to love. You have come to teach, and have experienced since your childhood all the pain, all the humiliations, and the terrors of the Human Race, and yet, you have said: All this is not the Truth. Divine Mother: Changes are everywhere. You will find them in your work, in your relationships, in your newspapers, in your own hearts. You will find that you are pushing for change and if you oppose the change, you will be unhappy.

Unhappiness and depression are signs of oppositions to the new energy. These are the best samples. If you are happy and happy, you are flowing with the new energy of life. Divine Mother: Many people in this culture grow up without permission to value themselves, it is taught that thinking well of oneself is a motivated ego.

I want them to get used to loving themselves. I want you to get used to valuing who you are. I want them to be alert when they commit. I want you to realize when you are saying or doing something that is denigrating or derogatory about yourself. They are beautiful. I am not worried about your egos. I am worried about the truth of who you are; so they can value it. You are not going to get into the aggrandizement of the ego. You are already beyond that. If that were to happen, it would soon be corrected by me. So don't worry about that. I want you to like them for what they are.

Rejection has to do with the basic feelings of separation from God that must be dissolved. The mental body has many forms of evil, to avoid recognizing how beautiful and clear they are. The mind, the mental body, has all kinds of mental structures and the positions learned from living in a society where people are not valued and they are taught lies about God and about their relationship with God. So don't start any relationship with fear of rejection.

Continue with love in your prayers, in your meditations and songs and in everything you are doing. Negative thoughts painfully contract their energy

I researched for myself and the energy within me when I felt bad. I saw a huge contraction of the expansion of the Light to which I connected when I was comfortable with myself. A thought of fear could instantly collapse expansion and comfort.

I deliberately experienced thoughts about disturbing things in my life, such as financial problems, fears about my children, or anger towards my husband. I saw the infinite expansion energy suddenly collapsed when these thoughts were introduced. The collapse would be very painful, and my muscles tensed, and my breathing became restricted. I realized that this is what happens to me every time I have a negative thought about myself or another person.

My thoughts were confining me in a small pond, even after recognizing that I am an infinite ocean. This awareness made me increase my commitment to free myself from the power of painful belief systems. When I examined my belief systems, I saw that many of them contracted my energy. Although I had experienced a huge expansion and felt quite anchored in the Infinite; my thinking mind could easily take me to a dark confined alley from which I needed to escape.

I was experiencing unity and knew that I was one with all that is, I totally did not doubt unity and I have always been able to locate it in my consciousness. But there was a certain level of me that was contracting. It was in my thinking. My attention was going to go from being whole to being divided with everything that fear or anger produces. It was about my attention, not about my pure conscience. I was surprised that the power of mental attention could jeopardize the well-being of what I had in my conscience.

I began to see how my energy expanded and contracted, based on my thoughts. In the morning when I woke up, it was easy to see how my energy could expand or contract, based on the first thoughts I had when I woke up. I went through a period in which I always woke up in fear when my husband was unemployed for many months. The pain caused by the thoughts of fear around this issue immediately tightened my throat and made me angry.

If I woke up happy for the day to come and ready to participate fully, my energy expanded and I was enthusiastic and cheerful, no matter what the circumstances of my husband's work. I found out about this; that my well-being does not depend on what is happening in my life, but on what I am thinking. It became very obvious to me that I had to change my way of thinking.

The consciousness was there, but the negative thoughts would come as a cloud of rain that obscures the Sun. The difference now is that I knew that the Sun always shines, but my attention was being captured by the rain clouds. Negative emotions are even more unbearable now because the awareness of the Infinite in me is so great that he doesn't like to be crushed with a tiny angry or fearful thought.

Veo que cada pensamiento que tenemos crea un flujo de energ a en nuestro cuerpo. Si tenemos un pensamiento que no est sincronizado con nuestro verdadero yo, que nos pone fuera de alineaci n con quienes somos realmente, este se registra como una obstrucci n en el flujo de la energ a. Cuando ese pensamiento se repite desde hace muchos a os, se crea un surco profundo en nuestra energ a celular. Estas ranuras de energ a crean los h bitos y los patrones contrarios a todas las vidas en las que vivieron en armon ay con la fuerza de la vida. Estos viejos patrones de pensamiento repetitivos; se convierten en enfermedades destructivas, sistemas de creencias, relaciones disfuncionales, auto-sabotaje en las carreras, en las finanzas, en las relaciones, en la creaci n de comportamientos obsesivo-compulsivos y en las adicciones porque hay un patr n de pensamiento ranurado correspondiente a operar en el sistema.

Felizmente, descubr que podr an ser puestos en libertad con las herramientas de sanaci n vibracional. Cuando me doy cuenta de que tengo un pensamiento negativo, simplemente la intenci n de volver a caer en la Fuente Infinita, poniendo mi atenci n en el Infinito, me ayuda a trascenderlo. La otra cosa que ha ocurrido es que me he dado cuenta de que todav a oigo los pensamientos en mi mente de personas que me han criticado.

Yo podr a caer como un plato y pensar: Yo soy est pida . Podr a dar una conferencia y pensar: Eso fue terrible . Cuando esto sucede, puedo volver a caer en la unidad. Entonces estoy bien y me doy cuenta que todo est bien, incluy ndome am ya mis acciones. Lo que hice al principio era contar la idea de ir hacia la Luz. Yo dir a que ir o romper . Ahora, mi extensi n personal de eso es que a veces ya no necesito decir ir o romper y descanso. Acabo de caer en el pensamiento negativo que me contrae el coraz ny vuelvo a caer en la Totalidad y se disuelve. Yo no habr a sido capaz de hacer eso hace unos a os, por lo que puedo ver c mo esta habilidad ha progresado.Lo que le digo a la gente ahora es que cuando se despiertan por la ma ana y comienzan el d a si tienen ansiedad o temor acerca del d a, que s lo puede volver a caer en ese espacio entre la vigilia y el sue o en el que todo es un todo pac fico y quedarse all, y luego volver a la actividad con ese sentido de la paz y de la integridad. Esta es otra técnica que yo enseño. Ahora puedo hacer esto durante el día, no sólo en el momento de vigilia. Cuando tengo un pensamiento negativo, acabo de volver a caer en ese lugar de paz y plenitud (el corazón). Y como yo trabajo en esto; el número de pensamientos negativos autocríticos; se está reduciendo significativamente.
