- PILATES new groups - Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Last places in groups from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., complete from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (maximum 6 people per group).
- YOGA new groups - Monday and Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., or just one day a week, Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Last places in the group on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (maximum 8 people per group).
- TAI CHI XIN YI, last places in groups from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (maximum 8 people per group). It is done by smooth, continuous, fluid and slow movements that combine with breathing, gaze and mental concentration.
