The Black Holes within us

  • 2015

Many people are continually bombarded with negative thoughts: "I can't do this, this is not for me, I am weak, I must hide because who I am is bad, the world is not a safe place, this will probably go wrong, " etc. did this happen? Why are we doing this? The reason for this self-destructive behavior is that we all have at some point, whether in this life or another past, a trauma. Traumas are negative experiences that are so intense that our personality cannot handle them ; A part of our perception is 'frozen' and remains stuck in time.

Take for example someone who in a past life experienced the occupation of his country by war. People were arrested in the streets and suddenly disappeared. There was a continuing threat of violence and no one felt safe. The personality of that past life suffered intensely from overwhelming fear and could not reconcile with the situation for the rest of his life. A part of this person was traumatized and got stuck in time, stuck in the reality of war and continues to send messages to the current personality as if he were still in war: 'life is dangerous, there is a lot of violence out there, You can't trust anyone, you're helpless. ' The current personality does not understand that these persistent thoughts are related to a very different reality, he simply believes in the messages and gets used to seeing life through the eyes of the personality of the traumatized past life. Strangers are viewed with suspicion, there is a sense of tragedy and a fear of violence always in the background, and the belief that it is better to lock yourself in the house, because if you leave you may not return.

The trauma acts like a black hole

The traumatized part of us is the greatest source of fears we suffer. Notice that fear always tells us that there is something out there that is dangerous, hostile and harmful. Fear causes them to focus on the outside world as the source of their problems, and not on the trauma itself. When someone who is terrified of dogs is in the same room with a dog, all their attention will be focused on the dog, excluding everything else. But most of the time the dog is not the problem, the real issue is his fear of dogs. If you remain focused on the external to you, your perception is distorted. You focus on what you fear and therefore tend to see it everywhere, your fear exaggerates the real danger and you consume a lot of energy trying to avoid it.

This reactive pattern creates a vicious circle: fear limits your perception of reality in such a way that reality seems to confirm and justify your fears even more. When they read the newspaper they automatically attract their attention to news about dogs that attack people or spread contagious diseases. When you walk down the street, dogs seem threatening, ready to jump on you. This circle keeps the traumatized part of you captive and that part of you cannot be released until the circle is broken. A traumatized part of the personality, trapped in a vicious circle, can be seen as a black hole inside us. It sucks the energy, it sucks the light and it reverts us to the past, at moments in time where our perception froze and got stuck.

I have an innate fear of traveling. When I went to France this summer I constantly felt that the car would break and I saw signs of this everywhere. Just before breaking the belt of my pants broke, a faint signal, I thought. Along the way I noticed cars off the road everywhere. When we were resting in a parking spot I thought I saw traces of oil under our car. A light appeared on the blackboard of the car telling us that we should enter a garage to change the oil in the gearbox (then it was seen that it was a computer error on the board). At another time I noticed some tools in the back which I understood as a sign that the car needed repair. Etc.

During the trip I decided to go to my inner black hole. I saw a man lying on the side of the road and could only see his back. As I approached I was surprised: I saw his face and his eyes had been stabbed. He was far from home and the people there did not trust him and had done this to him. He died thinking of his home wanting never to have abandoned him.

In the past I hardly traveled or drove a car. I thought I had good reasons for this behavior, but I was unaware of the black hole inside me. Now I travel often and the many trips we take bring me much joy. Throughout the world we have wonderful meetings with people of similar thinking to ours and we visit beautiful places.

Discussing with people who are in a black hole, that is, having a limited perception and based on the fear of a particular issue is almost impossible. When they try, they immediately point out the countless 'reasons' that sustain their vision. They refuse to open up to the possibility that their fear - and not the outside world - is really the problem. They are convinced that their fear is caused by real threats in the outside world and that is therefore reasonable and justified. If you do not agree with them, it is you who are being naive: you refuse to see the obvious under your nose. The greater the fear, the more rigid and firm the beliefs. Many websites on the Internet that are full of disastrous predictions and conspiracy theories originate in black holes internally.

Black holes can be so powerful that they suck the personality as a whole: in such cases, paranoia (extreme suspicion) will arise. Everything that people say or do is interpreted in a negative way which makes communication impossible normal. It is perceived that threat and conspiracy are everywhere. Friends and family members who try to break the spell of their obsessions are considered to be under the influence of evil forces. The paranoid person has isolated and imprisoned within his own mind.

To some extent we all suffer from paranoia. Almost all of us have a black hole regarding particular issues that distort our perception and our relationship with others.

What can we do?

Understand that there is a black hole inside of you

The first and most important step is to recognize that a part of you has been traumatized and is sending you messages that are not correct. Whenever you realize that your thoughts are particularly negative, or when you feel disproportionately frightened waiting for the worst, prepare to go inside, to the black hole and face the traumatized part.

Ask yourself the following questions: Could it be that there is a black hole inside me? Could it be that there is a traumatized part of me that distorts all my vision of reality, a part that disconnects me from all the good and positive things that happen around me? Is my vision of reality and my attitude towards people based on fear and not on love?

Enter the black hole

Enter the black hole not to suffer, but to bring light and love to this part of you. Imagine the traumatized part. Imagine for example that you are a lost child and understand that you need a lot of love and care. Connect with this child, look into his eyes and feel what he needs to gradually release fear.

Whenever you find yourself harboring negative thoughts, dark feelings or irrational fears about life, people or society, please go inside. Look for the black hole inside you: the prison of the traumatized part. They are present as a loving angel, bring comfort, security and light.

Tell yourself the truth

The Gospel of John says: "the truth will set you free." Words that are true convey enormous power. The truth originates from love, not fear. Feel the love that is available in the universe, feel the love of Mother Earth for humanity, feel the love within you and face the traumatized part of you from this love. From that source, formulate a group of short sentences and repeat them aloud:

For example:

- Life is good with me.

- The Earth loves humanity and helps us.

- Humanity is waking up and becoming more aware of this unity, this unity begins to manifest itself everywhere.

Saying these kinds of messages becomes a powerful instrument when they want to free themselves from thoughts based on fear.

Today there is a lot of literature on 'positive thinking'. People stand in front of the mirror and begin to repeat positive messages: affirmations. This makes sense only if the messages are true and true when they are based on love.

Some repeat themselves: 'I am rich, I am rich', waiting for that reality of life to their intention. But is that statement based on love, or fear of lack, based on the fear that the universe does not take care of them? If that were the case, the statement will not work.

Before you begin to repeat affirmations tirelessly, return to the Source. Connect with love within your heart, and see what messages arise from that well. Begin by loving and embracing that traumatized part of you. Affirmations based on fear do not work.

If the statement is correct, it is not essential to repeat it often. Have you ever experienced that someone has said something that sounds truly true to you? Was it necessary for this message to be repeated all the time? Probably not. If a sentence that really seems true is said out loud with the correct intensity, you don't have to repeat it. Once a day is enough.

However, the first and most important step in this three-step process is to honestly face the black hole inside us. As soon as you understand that fear distorts your perception, you can begin to embrace that fear with love, and from that love find statements that are true and effective.
