What are they?

It is a therapy composed of twelve mineral salts that we have in the body in a natural way and that we ingest every day through our diet. Its discoverer more than 130 years ago, Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Sch ssler, found that from these salts, much more effective remedies could be developed than pure minerals of our food.

Sch ssler wanted to discover what mineral salts were the most common in the body, so he ventured to do his studies and then to elaborate the remedies. He confirmed that the 12 mineral salts that make up this system are present in all tissues, but in different proportions. Then he administered the remedies to his patients and observed that everyone was improving considerably.

What are they for?

Schüssler mineral salts can stimulate or restore bodily functions, and even correct functional disorders of the body.

The result of all the practice and studies of Dr. Schüssler confirmed that Schüssler's Salts can not only restore physiological functions in the body, but also can keep them active.

The state of health is maintained as long as there is no disorder in the mode of action of these mineral substances. There is no disease if cell activity is normal and cell activity is normal if cell nutrition is maintained.

Specific….

-Salt No. 1 Calcium Fluoride: Returns the tonicity to tissues, strengthens joints, bones and teeth. It softens hardened tissues and hardens softened fabrics, that is, it regulates the degree of elasticity until the tissue reaches the normal level.

Useful in wrinkles, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, dental problems, nail fungus, organ prolapse, etc.

-Salt No. 2 Calcium Phosphate: Promotes growth, since it is the salt present in the bones and teeth. It is also revitalizing and participates in blood clotting. It is important for muscle movement and for the production of new cells. In general, it strengthens the body and nerves.

Useful for dental structure, baby vomiting, gum problems, breastfeeding, nervousness in children, growing pain, etc.

-Salt No. 3 Iron Phosphate: Strengthens the immune system and fights infections. It plays a fundamental role in the manufacture of energy in the cells and for the oxygen molecules to bind to the red blood cells. Regulates blood circulation and allows the body to better absorb iron from food and transport it to the area that the body needs.

Useful in anemia, weak immune system, constipation and diarrhea, memory and concentration problems, poor circulation (cold feet and hands), muscle aches, non-chronic inflammation, “itis” typical of children and adults (otitis, tonsillitis) colds, etc.

-Salt No. 4 Potassium Chloride: Regulates the metabolism of mucous membranes. It is responsible for the proper functioning of muscles and nerves and influences the metabolism of sugar and proteins, the control of the heartbeat and stomach and intestinal activity.

Useful in inflammations and skin infections (eczema, herpes ...), first and second degree burns. Remedy secondary to Iron Phosphate in the treatment of colds, wounds and inflammations, bronchitis, inflammation of the stomach and intestinal mucosa, conjunctivitis, bursitis, arthritis and all inflammations that are caused by fever. Epilepsy.

-Salt No. 5 Potassium Phosphate: It is “The salt of the nerves”. It helps to treat mental, emotional and physical exhaustion. It is necessary for muscles and nerves, and prevents deterioration of cell tissue.

It is useful in mental, emotional and physical exhaustion (stress) or insomnia caused by nerves. Also the lack of energy, discouragement, cramps, localized alopecia and hyperactivity in children.

-Salt No. 6 Potassium Sulfate: It is essential to maintain adequate dermal conditions. Stimulates detoxification processes through the liver. Together with Iron Phosphate, it helps transport oxygen from the lungs to the cells.

Useful in skin disorders (irregular growth of the nails of the feet and hands, wounds of slow healing, purulent rashes, psoriasis and scales that suppurate in the skin) or of the liver, for the saturation of toxins in the liver and for all types of inflammations of the mucous membrane that present with yellowish or greenish mucus. Heartburn.

-Salt No. 7 Magnesium Phosphate: It is “the antispasmodic and analgesic salt”. Participates in the formation of bones, muscles and nerves, has the ability to reduce nerve impulses that lead to muscles, so it relieves cramps and pain. It is essential in the production of cellular energy.

Useful as antispasmodic, anti-allergic, and anti-allergic. Cough attacks, leg cramps, stomach, blood vessels (such as migraine), painful menstruation, children's tooth and stomach aches, asthma, muscle spasms, cramping, insomnia, overexcitation, agitation, rheumatic pains .

-Salt No. 8 Sodium Chloride: It is the salt that regulates the levels of water in the body, and is effective both to regulate both the excess and the defect of fluids in the tissues, therefore it is essential for proper hydration.

Useful in edema, excessive sweating and / or tearing, dry skin and mucous membranes, watery diarrhea or constipation, watery vomiting, insect bites, rashes with watery blisters, rheumatic pains, lactation, dandruff, hair loss.

-Salt No. 9 Sodium Phosphate: It is the salt that regulates the acidic waste of the organism and has a laxative effect. It helps to normalize the metabolism by eliminating uric acid, as well as the acidity caused by copious meals or lactic acid that accumulates in the muscles after intense exercise (stiffness). In general, it is the regulator of blood PH, returning its balance if there is excess acidity.

Useful in digestive problems (flatulence, colic, acidity, heavy digestion), gout, facial acne, as a co-aid in weight loss diets, lactic crust in babies, tonsillitis, canker sores.

-Salt No. 10 Sodium Sulfate: It is the salt that removes excess fluids from the body, acting as a detoxifier. It is important in all disorders of secretion of digestive organs: pancreas, gallbladder, intestines.

Useful in diarrhea, constipation, difficulty digesting fat, flatulence, colic, edema or fluid retention, rash with blisters, acne, nocturnal enuresis, rheumatic pains that worsen with cold and moisture, tearing. Also as a helper in weight loss diets.

-Salt nº 11 Siliceo Oxide: It is the salt of the skin, and therefore it is considered a biochemical cosmetic. It provides firmness and stability to the skin, hair, nails, and in general the connective tissue. It also promotes calcium metabolism by the bones.

Useful in rheumatic diseases, fistulas and boils, osteoporosis, growth stages, pregnancy, hardening of arteries, tendonitis, wrinkles, burns, acne, fragile hair and nails, sensitive gums.

-Salt No. 12 Calcium Sulfate: It is present in cartilage and is part of the amino acids, therefore it intervenes in the formation of connective tissue and reinforces the growth of new cells. Stimulates the cells responsible for emitting hormones and enzymes.

Useful in suppurations of the skin and mucous membranes, growth problems, rheumatic diseases, inflammation of the lymph nodes, chronic bronchitis.

Where can they be purchased? Depending on the laboratory, some in pharmacies and the vast majority in herbalists or dietary stores. They are sold both in tablets of easy dissolution in the mouth, and in ointments, depending on the condition to be treated.

Who can take them? All: Adults, children and pregnant women. They are especially interesting in infants and young children, who react very well to salts, and have no contraindication as long as the dose is adjusted.
