Message from Saint Germain: Healing and Stress Release

Saint Germain:

Stress is a general word that covers a multitude of internal feelings and experiences. Anxiety, tension, worry, nervousness and trauma can be described as stress, and yet each of them can mean a completely different experience and have different impacts on being.

Stress can be experienced in certain areas of the body, mind or emotions or as a full body experience. Stress is an inner reaction that can occur due to thoughts, emotions, memories of the past, fears of what could happen, a traumatic situation of the present or that seems to be manifested due to situations within reality.

Stress can be experienced as fear, anxiety, worry, traumatic memories ...

Stress is such a common experience in everyday reality that people believe it is a normal and natural aspect of existence on Earth. There are many types of stress and many ways to activate it. However, I, Saint Germain, wish to share some ideas with you to help you release and heal stress within your whole being.

The common people consider stress as normal and natural.

Instead of investigating the causes of stress, I, Saint Germain, wish to commit myself to the presence of stress within your being, and how it influences, while helping you release the stress to recognize the light, the truth and the presence of the Creator within you.

What is stress and how is it affecting your being?

The presence of stress creates an appearance of disconnection and separation within the being and towards the Creator. You can feel isolated, alone, without support, experience a lack of confidence in yourself and the continuous presence of the Creator, a feeling of disconnection with your intuition, conscious mind, guides and true self.

Stress causes a disconnection with your true self and divinity.

Stress can create feelings of wanting to give up, run away, hide, blame the outside world or yourself, judge yourself and use anger as power. When you are experiencing stress, you are unable to relax and connect with the guide and the truth within.

Instead, you act and react from the wounds you keep inside yourself, which causes you more distress, discomfort and a feeling of separation from others. Some forms of stress can encourage you to reach your goals, to go beyond limitations and limits. The stress I am talking about can be continuous and can be paralyzing in one way or another.

When you live with stress you act and react from the wounds that you sustain inside.

When it is evident that you are living with stress, you should take it as a confirmation that you have a false perception of yourself and / or your surroundings, as well as a disconnection of your power and your inner guiding light .

The false perception has been created by you to allow you to get involved and recognize the wounds that you are resisting within your being and that are ready to be released.

The stress you are experiencing is the energy of the wounds that connect completely with you and can also be caused by your unwillingness to recognize those wounds. Your wounds can be from this life or from other lives, the unresolved energy within your being remains within you trying to find a way to break free or heal.

Certain situations occur in your reality or you perceive things in a certain way to direct your attention to the energy you are holding and that needs to be released, bringing you back to balance with yourself and with the Creator.

The stress you are experiencing is the energy of your wounds.

When stress persists and is ignored this can cause a deterioration in the mind, emotional balance and health and well - being of the physical body, as well as limit the way you live life.

The purpose of stress

Stress is a warning that you are energizing a false perception, and this is activating a wound within your being. Stress alerts you that healing is necessary, and a new consciousness is waiting to dawn from within you. You could say that stress indicates that you are ready to move to a new level of awareness of yourself as a spiritual being and expression of the Creator.

There is no need to try to eliminate the stress reaction within your being since this will only create internal confusion . If stress is experienced for a few moments and then you react to release the internal wound or the energy that is being activated and you recognize the false perception, receiving the true perception, then the stress has achieved its purpose.

When you allow stress to remain within your being for days, months or even years without taking action, then you are abusing the purpose of stress and causing more pain . The more you recognize stress, releasing and healing what you are directing your attention to, the less stress will manifest because you will be treating and cleaning the wounds within you, therefore experiencing greater peace and balance .

Stress is a sign that you have to release.

Your body or being will no longer need to act so vigorously to get your attention because you will be listening and observing the energies within you and the perceptions you constantly make about yourself and the world around you. Due to a greater connection with your inner balance and peace, you perceive the world in and around you from the space of truth and inner clarity.

Have you ever read something or heard someone say something, and reacted negatively just to realize that you have misunderstood or misunderstood and interpreted it as something other than the original intention?

You are reading or hearing from the wounds within you, you are perceiving your reality from those wounds and then you are reacting from the wounds. It is only when you begin to clean the wounds that you perceive from the truth within you.

Clear your whole being from stress

It is important to experience this practice as much as possible until you notice that when stress is activated within you, it is activated in a calmer way. With the repetition, you should notice a feeling of lightness, as well as a greater sense of freedom inside.

I, Saint Germain, encourage you to lie down and declare the following invocation, put some crystals of any kind around your body as if you placed them in the aura of your body by your side. At the end of the meditation, clean the crystals with water, sage smoke, intention or as you wish, to release the energy of stress that has been absorbed by the crystals . Do this every time. This can also be achieved in a water bath with some added salt and crystals.

Meditate to release stress.

“Saint Germain , I call your Violet and Pearly Healing Spiral to cleanse my whole being of the presence and impact of all forms of stress . I allow your Violet and Pearly Healing Spiral to move up and down through my being as it spins smoothly dissolving the presence of stress within my whole being.

Saint Germain surrounds me with twelve angels of the Alchemy of the Seventh Ray of Light. I invite the angels of Alchemy to awaken the light within me and help the flow of light through my whole being. Please help me heal the presence and influence of stress while aligning me with the truth of the Creator within me.

Saint Germain , I call your presence and your love, please lend me your light and your expanded consciousness so that I can realign myself with the essence and truth of my being while recognizing the false perception and messages that they wish to share with me. With your light and love pulsing through me, monitor the liberation and healing of all stress within me in a beautiful and harmonious way. Reprogram my whole being so that I am ready, willing and able to realize that when stress manifests I need to take action and listen inside to understand the message that will offer me greater illumination n.

I recognize Saint Germain, the Violet and Pearly Healing Spiral and the twelve angels of the Alchemy of the Seventh Ray of Light as my support trio to help me release the stress and its impact on me be.
