What is a spiritual awakening?

Spiritual Awakening is an inner demand that every human being experiences at some time in his life.

"Who I am? Where do I come from? Why I was born What is life? Is there life after life? What is reality?… ”These are some of the most frequent questions asked by people who wake up spiritually.

Spirituality is nothing other than finding the true meaning of our existence in Life and the sense of our relationship with all beings that are also part of it. And that sense is only achieved through the discovery of oneself, through Love. Therefore, a Spiritual Awakening can be considered a process of inner growth, whose purpose is to approach our authentic identity (The Self) and the authentic identity of all the elements that make up life. Following this process, human beings are able to discover and feel that Everything is part of a Whole, that We are All One: Love or God.

Sometimes, in some people, the process of Spiritual Awakening occurs abruptly and violently. Normally, in people who wish to discover themselves they face major internal conflicts, traumas as a result of dramatic and overwhelming episodes in their lives. On these occasions, Spiritual Awakening is defined as Spiritual Emergency.

A Spiritual Emergency is always accompanied by critical stages, since not only the people who suffer from it suffer intense changes and emotional disturbances (feeling of anguish and emptiness; feelings of melancholy and sadness; frightening fears, which hinder the adequate daily performance in the field family, work and social, etc.) but also suffer profound physical alterations, which do not correspond to any particular medical pathology (severe headaches; tremors; energy shocks; visions; astral travels; alterations of consciousness; spontaneous memories of past lives ; difficulty distinguishing the external from the internal; etc.).

The subjects who go through a Spiritual Emergency, spontaneously immerse themselves in altered states of consciousness, where all the information stored in the unconscious of their mind emerges, with an overwhelming emotional charge, to the consciousness. Very often, these experiences are usually diagnosed as a psychotic picture and addressed with psychiatric medication, causing a suppression of certain symptoms and impeding the natural healing process that the soul is doing.

However, an abrupt Spiritual Awakening is only one more way, the opening of the spiritual aspect of the human being who experiences it. In other words, the awakening of a spiritual, authentic and real dimension that, despite the resistance of those who limit their existence to the reality they perceive only through the five senses, is intrinsic to every human being.
The triggering episodes that can give rise to a Spiritual Awakening are: an important physical illness, giving birth, abortion situations, extreme physical fatigue, an accident, physical and emotional stress, near death experiences, the death of a being dear, etc.

Death or Transformation ?:

The miracle of Life does not conceive of death as an extinction of itself. Quite the contrary, it is the passage from one way of life to another; the dispossession of our physical body to welcome our ethereal body. Whenever the cycle of one form of existence is closed, another begins. Therefore: whenever we conclude our mission in a section of Life, we start towards another.

The miracle of Life lies in experiencing God (or Love), in its many expressions and dimensions.

The miracle of Life does not lie in a punishment. Love does not know the moral. He only recognizes experiences as an opportunity for evolution, for spiritual improvement.

We never die

Incredibly, Life is a path of eternal experiences in transitory and diverse places. For the eternal journey of our soul, Life on Earth is just one more place. The ultimate goal of our experiences is summed up in evolving and perfecting ourselves spiritually and, having recognized each of our experiences around Him, return to Love: The One Spirit. Beyond where we carry out each of these experiences, we continue walking. Therefore, the real thing is not to add years but to live fully the experiences that we live, in the place that we have chosen to experience them.

The soul is the bridge of connection with God. God is the Spirit. We must not confuse soul with spirit. The soul is the warehouse where all our spiritual experiences accumulate. Likewise, the soul also represents all the expressions and manifestations adopted by the Spirit (which is God), which makes it possible for each human being to have its own identity and characteristics. We are different and unique spiritual souls. We are souls of God. We are an expression of his spirit. We are your spirit The time has come, when as souls we have merged with the Spirit, we return to Him to live forever by his side.

The meaning of Life is based on feeling it intensely: without thinking it too much, without refusing to live the experiences we have come to experience, from the most extreme simplicity.

No matter how many lives it takes to learn the lessons that have been assigned to us and we have chosen to experiment, with the beautiful purpose of perfecting ourselves. The really important thing is to fall and get up: we are imperfect human beings and we must be forgiving of our experiences.

Spirituality is love. Spirituality is love. Simple, right?

Happiness, as many others have stated, we consider is based on appreciating the great little things of Life and becoming aware of who we are: souls of a unique Spirit indescribably wonderful. Therefore, the essence of all life must be based on loving, carrying out the purpose of Love and seeking to harm our fellow men as little as possible.

For love, even today, we human beings are reluctant to address suffering, disease and death as natural phases of Life. In conflict with one's existential nature, we avoid showing the human side of suffering. However, we cannot aspire to be happy if we avoid being natural with these stages inherent in our human condition.

From these premises, when the disease manifests itself in humans - apart from physical suffering - adversity appears: the sick feel useless, heavy burdens for their families. Contrary to the true reality, they consider not to be natural, since they now suffer. Even people close to the patient, for fear of increasing anxiety, avoid manifesting their suffering freely. Occasionally, to the point of getting sick they too.

The most sublime goal of any person is to love. However, love harbors all human feelings, without distinction. Therefore, it is as healthy to laugh as to cry. God created tears so that we could free ourselves from suffering. So what is the point of disregarding crying, anger or any feeling linked to desaz n? It is a right to express them bluntly!

Finally, and in conclusion, all adversity, whatever it may be, can always become a meaning, an opportunity for our lives. No event is the result of chance or chance. Incredible as it may seem, any vicissitude brings about learning, which is vital for our trajectory and spiritual evolution. As human beings, our main task is to experience it. Thus, a disease, the loss of a loved one, etc., can be opportunities to find the true meaning of Life.

Rebuilding our foundations: the grieving process.

Dueling is the natural reaction to the loss of a person, animal, object or significant event. It is a primarily emotional and behavioral reaction in the form of suffering and affliction, when the affective bond is broken.

In the Duel the subject has experienced a real loss of the beloved object and in the process, which extends a necessary time for the elaboration of this loss, it loses interest in the world outside subtracting the libido of any object that does not refer to the lost object.

The elaboration of the Duel means the course of the process from when the loss occurs until it is overcome. This elaboration can begin before the loss in the event that it can be foreseen well in advance. The start time of the Duel until its overcoming is undetermined.

Each person has their own pace of recovery and goes through different stages that do not have to be the same as another.

This Association has been established to support and guide all the people who are immersed in this process, as well as so that all interested people can contribute their grain of sand and share their experiences for their benefit and others, around it. and to death (liberation of the soul) that occurs in human beings.

From El Abrazo del Oso we want our sincere presence, understanding, Love and the opportunity to listen to other people who have gone through the same experience to create the crutches necessary to change survive by living in fullness and to manage the absence of the person loved.

We want you to express your emotions and feelings with total freedom, to speak to us from the heart, to mention what you think because our purpose is to be a pillar in your recovery so that you can transform pain into acceptance and adapt to the new circumstances incorporating all the learning you get to be a different person, since nothing is the same as before, but worth living a legitimate life.

Death is nothing more than the abandonment of the physical body, in the same way that the butterfly leaves its silk cocoon. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross.
