NATURAE MATER is a meeting point.
Professionals in natural medicine and alternative therapies collaborate in this center offering an integral solution (body, mind and spirit) to the problems of today's society.
In Naturae Mater all kinds of massages are worked on (reflexology, chiromassage, anti-stress massage, metamorphic, shiatsu, ayurveda, osteopathy, physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage ), alternative medicines (naturopathy, bach flowers, acupuncture, regressive technique ), as well as activities that enhance the balance of the person (yoga, tai chi, pilates, reiki) and courses and workshops to learn about these techniques.

CHEMROMASSAGE COURSE
Duration: 3 months
Start: April 5
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE COURSE
Duration: 4 months
Start: April 4
Hours: Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
REFLEXOLOGY COURSE
Duration: 3 months
Start: April 14
Hours: Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORKSHOP
Date: April 16

Workshop aimed at all those who wish to resolve a conflict in their lives, offers the opportunity to free themselves from the unconscious obligations that are transmitted from generation to generation

TEC: CREATIVE EXPRESSIVE WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN - FREE
(contribution of € 3 for material)
It is a very dynamic workshop where children will be prepared to live better knowing their creative and mental abilities. Activities such as physical exercise, cooperative games, mandala painting and relaxation exercises are carried out. The groups are small (max. 12 children) with ages between 4 and 10 years.
Dates: April 16 and 30, May 14 and 28
Hours: Saturdays every 15 days from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
TAROT COURSE
Very practical course where the letters will be felt through meditations, knowing the energy of each arcane.
Hours: Wednesday for 1 month, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., beginning April 6
Tuesday for 1 month, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., beginning April 5

AUTOMASSAGE, STRETCHING AND RELAXATION WORKSHOP
Very practical workshop where you will learn to breathe, to become aware of our body, to stretch safely, attending to each particular case, to give yourself a back, feet, legs, shoulders, hands, face massage ... We will help each other with tools such as balls of tennis or semi-soft. Recommended for everyone, and especially for people with fibromyalgia

Workshop where the design of a weekly type menu will be given to learn how to make it varied and healthy and simple vegetarian “live cooking” recipes
