Chamalu - LUIS ESPINOSA: A fraternal greeting to all. I come from Bolivia, I preside over the Pachamama Universal movement
and we are conducting a seminar on the sacred message of the Andes that we convey with immense joy to people who feel they want to open their hearts to listen to it.

First I will talk about who the indigenous is and the foundations of our Culture.

For us who come from an Andean Quechua Culture, the Earth is a Living Being, the mountains are alive and the masters are camouflaged in the form of trees, condors, rainbows, sunrises, this indigenous conception this is a moment in which which we have to wake up from this kind of state of synthetic sleepiness caused by this technological apogee, and return to

I currently preside over the Pachamama Universal movement, which is a school to learn to live openly. We do not belong to any religion, we practice Andean Shamanism, which is a mythology and a set of techniques and ways of seeing life that constitutes a true way of living with dignity, with light, with love, with harmony. We have built a school in a small ecological town rescuing the Chipai architecture belonging to the indigenous highlands of Bolivia, with circular constructions of mud, stone, cane, straw, with a spiritual oasis, a wonderful multidimensional spa, we have opened a therapy center, We have opened a school to learn to live, a Shamanic Formation Center, we have built an Inca style Temple. The geographical situation of our school is in the geographic center of Bolivia, near Cochabamba in a valley where the whole year is spring and where we live permanently.

We have been doing our educational work for several years, we travel more than 35 countries with our teachings, also there in such a wonderful environment we have written a large part of our 24 edited books and we also receive special people, students, telling them the history and content of our books, to those who are interested in receiving such teaching in the form

Bolivia is a country that begins to know itself in a different way. We have the influence of the outer Light planet called Jarapache. We also have an Ecological Hotel abroad, a campsite for young travelers who can spend a few days there and find themselves with much more than a normal lodging.

It is a place where our human batteries are recharged with wonderful energies, and in general, at the same time in parallel we enjoy external tourist geographical trips and deep interior trips so necessary to balance our Souls in an unequaled environment of natural beauty.

It is a tourist place with quotes, in fact the trip goes inside, one becomes a traveler of an interior space and is discovering through experiences of how to hug a tree, travel with music or climb to the mountain we are a few kilometers from a sacred mountain almost 6, 000 meters high and in that process of ascending it is discovered that life is something else. Our work is to humbly contribute to the inner journey and that what people live is a celebration of growth, that living is a multidimensional venture that is much more than eating to work, and working to continue eating: The proposal is very interesting, so the place we have is visited by people from all over the world. If you ever have the opportunity to visit us, you will see that there are people from the most diverse cultures, nationalities, stages of spiritual development, tendencies, living fervently for a few days. It is not necessary to stay for a long time. Those teachings, that learning is so deep and individual, that it really is a proposal to reinvent our life and turn it into a celebration of growth.

The first requirement for those who visit us is that the person be free, feel free. We love freedom, we are devoted to it, and we love people who are capable of doing things not by fear, pressure, induction, but by voluntary choice, from a freely assumed conscience.

We offer vegetarian, ecological food on a dietary level, however we do not convince anyone to become a vegetarian, we are not a religion. What is lived by our side is an obvious experience where everyone takes what they want, what they need, what serves them. All the food we offer is healthy from every point of view, we believe that we have to live well, that everything must be enjoyed, and the food has to be a banquet every day. Within the ecological and vegetarian there are many possibilities to develop creativity. Our food is not exiled from our daily lives, every day has to be a feast, every day we must celebrate life. We always say that our priority is to be well, to have a good time, to feel good, because with so many gifts given to us by the Great Spirit, God of Supreme Cosmic Energy, it is a sin of not being happy . We cannot afford to be happy in any way.

Life offers us many possibilities to be happy and we must honor those opportunities and be happy.

Our town is a place of passage, all kinds of people go, you choose how long you want to be, you can stay a few days, a few days, or a few weeks and then continue traveling, because we prepare to people to live in this world, in society, in a conventional job, in family or alone. We have to learn to live in this world, we do not agree with people who are planning to leave the world, give up the world, obviously we must not let the world destroy it, but the fundamental thing is to learn to live fully anywhere, learn to be and feel good everywhere, that is precisely the Cham nico Warrior, The Warrior of the Light, The Warrior of Love that we contribute to form, to recognize.

There are people from all over the planet. In the end we forget where people were born, that's totally secondary. We believe that beyond geographies and nationalities we have people from everywhere and even people from other realities.

We are eternal, we change the body vehicle from time to time. But we do not like to speculate on what comes after physical death, but what happens before it. And before we die we are alive, that is, we are doing something, so we work hard on what is done before we die. How to do, how to use energy with creativity, with lucidity: For example, why celebrate a birthday? We always say that. Because if you have not used the time without having managed your energy well, without having grown during that year, then there is nothing to celebrate, on the contrary. I would have to meet all the people who love you to get your attention seriously. It is then about having a life with clear objectives, with appropriate forms, with precise ways and with verifiable results, when one is growing coincidentally speaking it shows, because love invades one, without reason it begins to be fine because being alive is enough reason.

LUIS ESPINOSA: Well this is a very long topic; What we have built there in Bolivia is a kind of architectural mankind, to create a special force field, ideal to boost awareness-raising processes to accelerate healing processes, and for this we basically work with circular shapes; It is proven, grandparents knew it and now modern people are checking that the whole way moves energy in one way or another. There are constructions in the form of a pyramid, square, rectangle, etc., as an example we have chosen the circular form that comes from the antiquity of the Bolivian Andes as a suitable way to be inhabited, there is a tolerable energy concentration, which does not occur in the case of the pyramid. It is also a ceremonial center for eventual use, so when a person when in a round house can tell the difference, the quality of their rest increases deeply, there are people for example who sleep many hours and get up tired.

People are looking for happiness outside, the possibility in person, in circumstance, at work and the truth is that this search is in vain. We try to make people re-direct their search, to embark on a journey inward, inward, to their depth, and there they can then begin to exploit what they need to know in this life, and strengthening so it happens that many diseases can have a genuine spontaneous cure. This means that we basically have to do an integral embroidery of all pathology, which could mean that a relief ceremony, for example, because being sick is a sin, being unhappy is a sin, then a relief ceremony is a good therapeutic start to the extent that one is reconciling with the universe, making peace with the Pachamama, harmonizing with the environment, finding inner peace again, no antibiotic can guarantee inner peace when that flow of light coming from inside, and that has a common thread with the heart of heaven, basically our medicine is deeply assembled with a way of perceiving life and living.

All this reminds me that there is a substance in our psyche or in our brain that is called endorphin and that cannot be manufactured artificially. Does it have to do with all this?

LUIS ESPINOSA: Surely yes, the indigenous grandparents do not speak in those terms but they are saying the same thing, and millennia they know it, but that science has only discovered it a few years ago, the grandparents always said it. That is why I have seen indigenous grandparents that when they have a problem they start dancing, they start dancing, they say that dancing will change my energy and I will clearly see what I have to do.

LUIS ESPINOSA: Totally! It is a self-therapy, which connects us with the whole universe, there it discovers that you are not alone, that you were never alone, and that you only had to look up to the blue of the sky or the stars at night and say thank you Father because after all you did not forget me, if I have a problem it is because you still remember me, a problem is a teaching
