What and where do you work ? The same as the previous example. If you are working on what you found at the moment, but not on what you love and your Life Project is focused, you are in the wrong place!

Then, reflect for a moment if your life is really passionate ; and not only in study and work, human passion must be linked to every event that is part of the person's daily life, starting from when you get up from your bed and culminating with the one lying in that same bed, What was left between these two actions is really extraordinary.

Secondly, I am going to teach you an exercise that I consolidated over time, which together with the previous advice, I know that they will take you through other ways of existence.

I invite you to go to your bedroom, close the curtains and turn off the lights. Before, you should do everything you normally do before going to bed, put on pajamas if you do, brush if you also use it and take off your contact lenses if you have and want to remove them.

Then, you must activate the alarm on your watch to sound three or four minutes later. Lie on your bed, put yourself in the position you like best to rest and close your eyes. Try to put your mind blank as much as you can, and imagine that you are resting in your bed.

When the alarm sounds, turn it off as soon as possible, take a deep breath filling your lungs with air; promptly, squeeze your arms and legs for a few seconds, just as it is when you are stretching in your bed. Instantly, sit on your bed and place the soles of your feet on the floor and get up.
