What happens is not the fact itself, time only makes our perception of the fact change, that we give less importance to put it in perspective. Our perception magnifies or minimizes the things that are happening around . Sometimes you can magnify them so much that the facts seem to transform like the shadows, into something giant elongated and scary.

Other times the facts are enormous, and our perception of respect disappears, this to avoid that we do not know how to integrate.

This will also happen, it actually tells us that it will stop hurting, at some time in some time when we change the perception of what happened.

It does not say that the fact will disappear, in reality it could not, since it has already manifested itself in our time and space.

The magic is in making our perception from the beginning be different, healthier, less threatening in the face of situations that happen. In our hands it is if what happens we take the learning or we accumulate it to our collection of fears.

Changing the perception of the world implies changing the world. Our thoughts create, and if we feel threatened, we will create events and situations that attack us. Changing perception implies seeing that behind each act, each situation is reflecting on others and wanting to hide it.

You cannot change the world, you cannot change your past, you cannot change more than what creates your world and those are your thoughts.

If you look at yourself as a victim of the system, your parents, your work and your partners, you will never create anything other than victimization in your life.

If you change your perception about your story, and that is to heal, you might realize that maybe your father, your mother, your loves, your children, fellow friends never wanted to hurt you, only that they too were afraid and decided to flee or attack to defend itself. They were not doing it to you, but to themselves when they moved away or assaulted you so that you would move away.

If you want to change the world, you must change the thoughts you have about it, and for that you must change the way you perceive the world. Try just for today to think that you are not being attacked and you will see that some miracle happens, and the world becomes friendlier.

Try just for today, to play that what they tell you has no meaning for you, that you come from another planet and you have no history. Imagine you don't expect anything from anyone, nor do you want to get anywhere.

Just for today, try to change your perception of the things around you and you will see that nothing is really happening, so it does not hurt.

You do not need to leave anything behind because there is no wound to heal. Try it just for today.

This will also happen, it is a good philosophy when pain tears us apart. Remember that in other opportunities other things have happened and over time have been cushioned. But if you go a little further, you might realize that philosophy should be. What you think is attacking you is just your perception of others. It can't hurt you unless you're hurt, so nothing is really happening.

Living life without feeling victim can be an incredible adventure . Maybe you could discover that life is much better than you imagined, and you changed nothing but the path from where you looked at the world. Live life with the innocence of a child, and realize that nothing really happened.
