Those foods that have not been subjected to any physical or chemical industrial process are part and therefore are not usually harmful:
1) .- Fresh acid fruits : Blackcurrant, blackberry, Lemon, orange, quince, peach apple, strawberries, etc.

2) .- Fresh sweet fruits : Pomegranate, fig, grape, melon, watermelon, apricot, cherry, kaki, tangerine, orange gold grain, custard apple, etc.

3) .- Dried fruits : raisins, dried figs, prunes, dates, dried apricots, etc.

4) .- Raw unpolished green leaves : Escarole, spinach, watercress, chard, cabbage, celery, radish, carrot, acerol, turnip, etc.

5) .- Vegetables : Pea, cucumber, green beans, and carefully: tomato, eggplant and bean.

6) .- Dried seaweed powder : take one tablespoon per plate instead of salt or bran.

7) .- Fresh or dried medicinal and aromatic plants rich in trace elements.

8) .- Bulbs : Garlic, leek, onion, raw if possible.

9) .- Roots : Celery, Turnip, radish, carrot and beet.

10) .- Tubers : Potatoes, chufas, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, etc.

11) .- Edible mushrooms : Mushrooms, Frégolis, Robellones, etc.

Natural foods to use in moderation.
This second list is less healthy than the previous one, therefore they should be taken in moderation:

1) .- Brewer's yeast .

2) .- Soy and its derivatives .

3) .- Almonds, olives, chestnuts,

4) .- Fresh raw milk from controlled animals.

5) .- Unrefined vegetable oils .

6) .- Whole grains and their derivatives.

7) .- The oleaginous fruits : hazelnuts, almonds, coconuts, nuts, pine nuts.

8) .- Legumes: Chickpeas, Beans, Beans, Lentils.

Foods not recommended:
These products, despite being natural, are not recommended as they are usually toxic to the body.
1) .- Cocoa, coffee, tea and cola .

2) .- Hot peppers and other natural products used in gastronomy as condiments.

3) .- Mushrooms and inedible mushrooms.

4) .- Tobacco and some plants considered drugs.

5) .- Toxic plants even though they are used in small doses.

6) .- Fermented drinks such as wine and any liquor.

Foods harmful to health:
1) .- White sugar (lacks mineral salts).

2) .- Refined common salt . It is harmful to a high degree.

3) .- White flour . Because of its high starch content. The whole wheat flour is different because it contains the cereal husk.

4) .- Any packaged food containing chemical preservatives.

Recommended drinks:
The only recommended natural drink is pure spring water considered potable.
All drinks should always be taken outside of meals to avoid dilution of gastric juices, which hinders digestion.

Indigestible and not recommended combinations:
1.- Coffee with milk.
2.- Bread with butter.
3.- White bread
4.- The butter.

5.-the jams.
