REIKI AND THE LIGHT OF THE UNIVERSE

The Most High God of the Universe, makes us Reiki every day, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year… have you seen greater proof of love than that?…. let's open our hearts and receive that gift with gratitude Rodrigo García Triat - Casa de Tara

Do you know what it is to be able to access intentionally in the light of the Universe?
Every day, in every second of our lives we are channeling energy from the cosmos, superluminic energy, full of the highest vibrations of love, from the heart of the creative being.

When you do Reiki, you consciously attract all this pure, vibrant energy, in a gesture of service and kindness, to deliver it to yourself or to the being that you are helping at that moment. You become an instrument of that power, a divine channel of life-giving creative energy, a co-creator of that magnificent gift.

When you receive Reiki, you have the possibility of receiving the light of the heights and in this way harmonize and heal each of the parts of your being; the physical, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual. Every particle of that divine essence that comes down to you, attracted by your intention and the assistance of the beings of light at the service of humanity, comes to your being and gently transforms the harmony into harmony, the disease into health, the pain in peace and fulfillment

The history of reiki is infinite, like energy itself. On our planet earth we could say that the main Reikist, has been the Master Jesus, who laid his hands on the dejected and channeled the energy of love.

Thousands of years later, it would be the Japanese teacher Mikao Usui, who would reborn this method of healing.

A little history;

Reiki was rediscovered around 1870, by a Japanese doctor and priest named Mikao Usui, who according to some sources taught at the Doshisha Christian University in Kyoto (Japan).

Dr. Mikao Usui was the conductor of the Christian school of priests in Kyoto, Japan.

One day, his students asked him if he believed in the miraculous healings of Jesus. When answering yes, the students asked him if he could show a healing of this kind or if he had already witnessed one. Dr. Usui had to answer in the negative.

That was the reason for his resignation from office at the university, to devote himself to finding the answer to these questions.

Dr. Mikao Usui traveled to the United States and there he studied theology at the University of Chicago. Despite his deep studies of Christian religions, Taoism and Buddhism, he did not find the answers sought. Again in Japan, he studied ancient Sanskrit and visited many Buddhist convents, to acquire new knowledge. Finally, he found in the library of a Zen convent writings written in Sanskrit that informed how and with what methods and symbols a healing can be achieved.

Although after many years of searching, he discovered the theoretical knowledge related to this secret, he was still denied access to healing. During this time he lived again in the convent of Kyoto. The abbot of the convent advised Dr. Usui to meditate and fast for 21 days on the sacred mountain Kuriyama. Dr. Usui accepted this advice and started the way the next day, trusting that God would give him the strength of understanding. With 21 stones, of which he set aside one each day, he formed an almanac, and during this time he fasted and meditated.

Very early on the morning of the twenty-first day he saw a bright beam of light that descended on him and touched him in the center of his forehead. Despite this long fast and the consequent physical weakness, he suddenly felt that a great force was running through his body.

In front of him he saw ancient letters with luminous letters, these symbols were fixed forever in his mind and with them the access to Universal Life Energy was activated.

After this experience, Dr. Usui began to descend from the mountain. In doing so, he injured his foot and the wound began to bleed. He applied his hands on it, the bleeding stopped and the pain disappeared. That was his first experience with his new faculties and he understood that he could heal with his hands.

As he felt hungry, he entered an inn next to the road. The waitress who attended him suffered severe toothache for days, and Dr. Usui offered to mitigate the pain. With his consent, he applied his hands on the swelling of his cheek. After a while, the pains disappeared and the cheek deflated.

Dr. Usui returned to the convent to relate his experiences to the Abbot and, conversing with him, made the decision to help human beings living in poverty due to illness.

He spent many years in the slums of Kyoto, healing many people with Reiki energy and thus giving them the chance to return to their original life, to work and to take care of themselves and their families. But he was very disappointed to see that after some time he found these same people he had healed, begging in the street.

When I asked them why, they always answered that looking for work and taking responsibility for one's own life and that of others cost too much effort.

Analyzing the reasons for this selflessness in earning a living honestly, he understood that he had only healed the physical body and not the spiritual one, since he had not been able to teach them the gratitude and sense of responsibility of his own existence, and thus Usui realized that the importance of the exchange of energy and concluded that every act received requires a counterpart from the recipient that gives value to what has been received.

Later, Usui dedicated himself to extending the Reiki teachings throughout Japan, granting his disciples the ability to transmit the Universal Energy through the laying on of hands; thus he met his successor, Chujiro Hayashi, who received the teachings and tunings directly from him, becoming in 1925 a Great Reiki Master.

Mikao Usui died in 1930 having trained a dozen teachers.
The successor work was developed by Hayashi, who created a clinical center in Tokyo, where this therapy was applied in combination with fasting and vegetarian diet.

Reiki your benefits

Reiki is not only a therapy, it is a change of look, a new beginning aware that I am more than just a body. It is to understand that more than matter I am a great energy, I am life and vital force. I am using a body to capture the earthly life, what the spirit has agreed to come to realize, but I am pure energy.

Understanding this should lead me to understand that diseases and everything that manifests in my life are a disharmony between these energies and the physical body.

As Dr. Edward Bach, creator of the floral system that bears his name, said; The disease is the consequence of a conflict when the personality refuses to obey the commandments of the soul, when there is a disharmony, illness, between the high and spiritual self and the personality, lower, that we know as ourselves

And what is the Soul then? Energy And how is an energy disorder resolved? With energies of either the same vibration or different, it depends on the methods to be applied.

In the case of Reiki we bring energy from the source itself, where it is perfect, so that it hits our body and harmonizes it gently restoring its vitality.

Reiki also:

  • Balance, center,
  • restores energy flows,
  • harmonizes the energy centers (Chakras),
  • revitalizes all bodies,
  • seals and cleanses the aura in its entirety,
  • it connects us with the superior energies of light,
  • brings us closer to well-being and my path for my evolution,
  • open and strengthen communication with my intuitive being
  • develop the ability to feel a subtle, spiritual being,
  • Relax and therefore nourish the exhausted body and mind, renewing energy.

That is a part of this path of improvement, I must resolve this conflict between my higher self and my lower self. That's where the call to change eyes begins. To the necessary and timely awareness.

Do I want to continue living like this? I take responsibility for my healing? Do I want to be healthy and happy? These questions that seem so obvious are not and compromise the being with an internal decision to start traveling through a new space where I will seek and persist in the recovery of what I came to this land. ; to be happy.

That life has implicit learning; Yes, it does, but it doesn't have to be an apprenticeship in suffering. As Master Buddha says: Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional .

And I choose, for being happy, we should affirm full of courage, in spite of what this experience brings, with a more transcendent view of events, with faith, with gratitude for this opportunity to be better. The opposite is to let this experience swallow me and make me forget what I really am; A son of light.

To do justice to other healing methods, whether holistic or allopathic, the change of consciousness is a requirement, but the results will never be optimal. The work of the soul must be carried out, that is why we must be in tune with this mandate, revere its mysteries and the depth of its reasons in order to shake hands with my evolutionary path and not resist more, or distract me with a world full of colored lights, which are not always lights that will illuminate this path of growth.

In this new impulse towards life, in this choice of happiness, we can be accompanied by the so-called "Reiki Principles", which are a good instance to connect with this energy. Part of this connection is to recite them daily:

  • · Just for today do not worry
  • · Just for today do not get angry
  • · Honor your parents, teachers and elders
  • · Earn Your Livelihood Honestly
  • · Show gratitude for everything that surrounds you

These Principles were transmitted by Dr. Usui, from its beginnings, so that all the Reikists of the world, had a moral, ethical and spiritual guide, that would unite them in a single thought and act of Love, which is Reiki, but it is also an invitation to those who want to be present in this energy of Love.

You cannot stop participating in the co-creation that belongs to you by inheritance as a child of light. Become part of the Reiki energy.
