Two very healthy foods, lemon and rosemary, come together to make a different and very healthy soda.

This recipe is very healthy because it includes fresh lemons, which stimulate the liver and detoxify the body, in addition to having a great alkalizing power. Together with water, you help the body stay hydrated with a mineralizing drink and the immune system is stimulated. On the other hand, rosemary is one of the healthiest foods, since it improves the circulation of the brain, decreases the severity of asthma attacks and provides iron, calcium and fiber. Ideally, after drinking the lemonade, nibble the rosemary and eat it. This lemon juice is very refreshing and healthy.

Ingredients for about 6 glasses
2 glasses of freshly squeezed lemon juice (8 organic lemons)
6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Sweetener to taste (organic honey, agave syrup or maple syrup)
3 glasses of cold water

Elaboration
Add the cold water to the lemon juice.
Sweeten according to taste.
Add the rosemary sprigs and let them stand so that the juice takes on the taste.
